He usually has a rough time at boarders when he’s in a crate and won’t eat,drink etc. Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure my big guy was taken care of and comfortable. He went on walks,car rides and even had a heated mattress cover on him.he is worn out.i would use her again and advise anyone to use her. She will go above and beyond to make sure your pets are comfortable.”
