About: I am currently a small animal veterinarian licensed in both Kentucky and Georgia, but have been in the veterinary medical field since 2009, starting out as a vet assistant. While I have enjoyed helping animals throughout my veterinary career, I have decided to step away from the long, demanding hours of clinical medicine in order to have a better work-life balance so that I can spend more time with my family. Pet sitting allows me to continue doing what I love, which is caring for animals. As a veterinarian, I have worked with all ages and breeds of dogs and cats, and I am comfortable administering medications, caring for senior pets, and supporting animals with special medical needs. About: I’ve had pets since childhood and know how to take care of them well, from dogs to guinea pigs I have had to care for multiple different types of animals and will always care for them as my own. I have pet sat both during the day and overnight for friends, family, and people outside of my everyday life, each time caring for the animal with the utmost care. I am currently working part time. I am very reliable and will make sure your pets get the opportunity to be active as much as possible and as much as they need. I will make sure to listen and pay close attention to what rules and behaviors follow to keep the pet safe in the home, and I will make sure not to let the animals out of my sight when letting them outside if needed.

About: I have been around pets my whole life, but dogs are my favorite! I love them all, from puppies to the senior friends. I regularly care for my family dogs and I have experience caring for friends dogs and I have several regular clients. I have experience with puppy care and training, bathing, feeding, and administering medication. I also have experience with senior dog care nearing the end of life and all others in between. I have no trouble creating the special bond needed with most dog personalities. Dogs are truly our best friends! I play and exercise my own dogs daily. I understand the importance of keeping dogs engaged, healthy, and active. I do have a part-time job, but schedules are flexible given enough notice. I am so excited to care for your pup! I like to make sure the doggie is a happy, tired doggie when I do have to leave them. They love me and know fun is in store when I’m around. I play fetch and frisbee in the backyard and go on long walks around the neighborhood. If we can’t be outside I’ll play games with them indoors to challenge their minds and keep them occupied. Then of course there’s snuggle time together until they’re ready to nap or go to sleep in their crates or bed.

About: I have grown up with dogs in the house my whole life. I am especially comfortable taking care of older and senior dogs and adapting to their needs (ex. blind/deaf) and have lived with small to medium breeds. However, I am also experienced with taking care of younger and larger breeds (ex. 1 year old English Labs). I have recently graduated from my undergraduate program, and have plenty of free time while looking for full-time employment. I do have a daughter, which may limit certain appointment times but should be flexible as I do have relatives to help, should I need to check on your pets. Experienced with young and elderly dogs, I am always sure to keep an eye on them when they are outside to prevent any escape or injury, regardless of a fence. If needed, I can also sit with special animals on a schedule, to ensure they go to sleep after meals or a walk.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was little. We grew up with dogs and added cats to the mix when I was in high school. I’ve had several cats and dogs since then. Presently I have a two week on, two week off schedule. During my two weeks off I need something to do and pet sitting would both give me something to do, and allow me to have some dogs around. I’m a fan of walking so don’t worry about your puppets getting exercise! Pet care in my home is dictated by you, and enhanced by me. I’ll feed on the schedule you’ve set, but I’ve been advised by vets to let dogs have as much water as they want. So I’m happy with frequent yard time, or even walks if that’s necessary. With a fenced in back yard this is not a problem. And while I’m a sucker for puppy eyes, I’ll treat how you want as well. You also don’t need to worry about strong discipline. I will never hit or kick your dog.

About: I have had a dog from the time I was 12 until I was 22! I know how to take care of all ages, from puppies to our beloved senior doggies. I’m in search for my new study buddy to keep me company while I do my flash cards! I am currently in medical school, and my class schedule is predictable but flexible. With a low amount of required activities, I am available to spend more time with your babies! I usually study from home, which means we can both keep each-other company :) I have experience in dog sitting and house sitting. I will be more than happy to spend as much time as possible in your home so that your pets stay on as normal of a routine as possible. I care for pets like I care for my patients- with love, responsibility, and devotion!

About: I have experience with dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and some medical conditions. For the last 3 years, I have been the sitter of choice for my friends and family looking for pet care while out of town. I specialize in basic dog care and training, but also love taking care of cats as well! At home, I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. I am currently a full time student at the University of Kentucky. You can expect early morning visits and afternoon visits if requested every day of the week. I can also offer midday visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In your home, I will care for your pets as if they are my own. I will ensure they are fed on time and given plenty of time for social interactions and potty breaks/walks. I will do everything I can to ensure your instructions are followed as best as possible.

About: I have lots of experience taking care of cats and dogs. I am a natural animal lover who has a knack for getting them to love me back! My 4 year old goldendoodle, Martini, suffers from idiopathic seizures and takes 1 Keppra pill every 12 hours. I have experience administering her medicine as well as crisis management experience. I work fully remote and have some free time daily to take care of some fur babies. Hoping to build some lasting connections and help some folks out! About: Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a college student living in Lexington. I love animals - I have two cats of my own! I have lots of pet care experience, including kitten/puppy and senior pet care. Check out my profile to see if we’d be a good fit! Currently I’m available weekends (Sat+Sun) and on select weekdays (Monday and Friday). I am also available during select hours on Tuesday-Thursday, but please message me before hand as I am working around my student schedule. Trust is important with pets! I always make sure to monitor body language and allow them to take as much time as they need to greet. I also ensure they remain comfortable throughout a visit!

About: I grew up on a farm surrounded by pets of all kinds! I was the neighborhood pet-sitter, and helped care my own families dogs and cats. While in college I worked with a program to train service animals. I’ve had my own dogs for four years now, and have extensive experience caring for giant breeds, rare breeds, and sick animals. I’ve taken care of diabetic cats, pregnant dogs, newborn puppies, and heart-worm positive dogs. I have no issues caring for senior or sick dogs, and I have no breed prejudices. I genuinely love animals and you can expect me to truly love on and care for your pet while you’re away. I treat my animals like family, and I will do the same for yours! I work as a nurse tech 3 days a week. My availability will reflect my days off, so that I may put all my time and attention into your pets. I have two dogs, a Great Dane and a chihuahua mix. They are opposite ends of the size spectrum and both love every dog they’ve met. I do not have cats due to allergies but have no problems going into homes and snuggling with yours! I do live in an apartment without a fenced yard but I regularly take my dogs out on leash to the large back yard, and take them on long walks daily. I have crates for a giant breed, and for a small dog, and can crate your pets at night or leave them loose. Pets are allowed on furniture.
