Rachel is the first dog walker I’ve ever hired, and my first experience with Rover. She has been exceptional. SO sweet, great at communicating, and timely. She also spent an extra 20-30 minutes walking my dog (after communicating to see if it was ok), trying to track down a bandana that had fallen off. She has been a huge help to my family, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Addy has been great with our dog. She comes on schedule and is very responsive. Our dog does not like to be put back into his crate and Addy says she takes great care to guide him back in which we are greatful for (esp when he is being stubborn). Thanks!

About: I have experience in training animals especially puppies. I am currently in school to become a licensed Vet Tech but I also work at a clinic. The health and well being of all animals is my main priority. I am constantly around animals from working in a Veterinary clinic to learning about them. When I am not working or at school I am studying and hanging out with my own animals. Happiness and safety of animals has always come before everything. Making sure your pets get the proper care they need while you're away is important to me. I strictly follow the instructions I have been given as consistency is key in an animals life.

About: We have had pets and been around animals our whole lives. We have years of professional pet sitting experience, and have worked for and volunteered with animal welfare, wildlife rescue, and farm animal rescue organizations. This has included fostering over 100 animals. We lost a beloved 15 year old pup last year who gave us plenty of senior care experience. We have flexible work from home jobs, so we have Monday-Friday availability for pet care services. We have regular evening commitments out of the house, but only for an hour or 2. Our weekends are usually flexible and open as well! We have a secure fenced in yard for your pup to enjoy time outside! We also have a crate available for high-anxiety dogs if needed. Cats staying with us will have their own room. We have two cats in our home that are dog friendly.

About: I have over 13 years of experience as a dedicated cat owner, having cared for my own cat throughout its life. My love for animals started early, as I had a dog growing up, and as an adult, I cared for two beloved dogs who have since passed away. Additionally, my experience extends to a variety of other animals, including rats, guinea pigs, tortoises, and fish, and I also cared for dogs while working as a nanny. I am committed to your pets safety and wellbeing. My schedule is flexible which allows me the chance to acre for your pet and their unique needs. A morning or lunch walk would fit well into my schedule and caring for pets during the week or on the weekends is not a problem. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. This includes maintaining a clean space, providing regular feeding schedules with fresh water, and ensuring plenty of playtime, exercise, and affection to meet their physical and emotional needs. I also keep a close eye on their health, looking out for any changes in behavior or signs of illness, and address them promptly. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I adapt to the pet's established routine to minimize stress and ensure continuity of care. I follow specific instructions provided by the client, such as feeding schedules, medication needs, or special care requirements. I make sure to maintain a clean space, engage with the pet to build trust and comfort, and keep the client updated on their pet’s well-being. Whether in my home or a client's, my goal is to provide compassionate and reliable care tailored to each pet's unique needs.

About: I have been interested in animals all my life. I have owned reptiles, amphibans, dogs, cats, rodents, and the list goes on. I love to walk and play with animals as I am very energetic and adventurous. I love interacting with the animals in my neighborhood as does my own dog. I used to do doggie sleepovers with my Godmother so I thought that this would be a great way for me to earn money and continue to something I love at the same time. I love dogs of every size and I do not believe there is a such a thing as a bad behaved dog. If there one thing I can guarantee it is that any and every dog left in my care will be treated like my own. I am part-time, because I’m working as a licensed veterinary nurse! I have more than enough time to provide exercise and care for your babies. I make sure to provide pictures and videos to help alleviate and anxieties you may be feeling. I also have no problem in you calling me for real-time updates.

About: I’m a recent animal science graduate from UK, and have fostered and sat multiple dogs through 4Paws for Ability—a program that trains service dogs! I also spend time volunteering at the Lexington Humane Society, and grew up with several dogs of my own. I currently work at a vet clinic, and am hoping to eventually attend vet school myself. I am currently working part time, but animals are my passion. While my availability may vary a bit, I’m always open to try and work it out! About: I've been a lover of animals all my life and have worked with service dogs in training. I will treat animals as if they are my own! I am a arch college student with weekends and Tuesdays free. Depending on the intended times, I could be available on other days as well! I will not be able to care for pups in my home. I live in a dorm on campus and it would be very tricky to sit them while having classes.

About: I have previously worked for a professional pet care service for 2 years, am certified in both dog and cat first aid, and am trained on how to administer medication. I’ve personally had a wide variety of pets throughout my life time and feel comfortable with almost every animal! I'm currently a full time graduate student at the university of Kentucky perusing my MFA! My life mostly circles around school and getting home to spend time with my lovely cat. Since the semester is out for the summer I have ample time to be able to spend with your animals! I cannot offer daycare amenities in my own home but will fully utilize those available to me! I currently have a chow-border collie mix who is incredibly well behaved and loved, I also have one cat who is 7 years old and slightly special needs as she was born with herpes, recently my 16 year old best friend just passed over the rainbow bridge. I can’t wait to give your animal that same love and attention I give my very own!

About: I have been pet sitting for 5 years and my friends, family and neighbors all have trusted me to take care of their pets for years. I have experience in basic obedience training with young dogs. I have trained my 2 dogs and have done some work with other puppies. I have experience with administrating medicine to senior animals. I also have experience with reptiles, I used to be a pet keeper at a pet store and picked up many useful skills during that time. I am currently working part time. Shifts are about 4 to 7 hours long but only 3 days a week. Daily walks are no problem, I can fit that into my daily schedule. I usually like to discuss with the clients that have booked with me about my schedule for that week. I usually do not house pets in my home due to the fact that we have many animals and things can get difficult. In a client's home I usually follow the instructions that I am provided for the pets diet and routine. I love playing and spending time with all my clients animals!

About: Hi there! What sets me apart is my lifelong experience and hands-on training with dogs of all ages and temperaments. I’ve been around dogs since I was one year old, so caring for them truly comes naturally to me. In college, I was a primary handler for 4 Paws for Ability, where I helped raise and train service dogs. That experience gave me strong skills in puppy training, consistency, positive reinforcement, and understanding canine behavior. I’m comfortable working with young dogs who are still learning, as well as maintaining structure and routines that help them succeed. I also had a dog of my own during college, so I understand firsthand the responsibility, patience, and love that goes into daily care. Whether it’s energetic puppies who need guidance and exercise or older dogs who need a gentler pace and extra attention, I provide attentive, compassionate care tailored to each pet’s needs. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I currently work part-time, with some mornings at my internship and some evenings as a bartender at the Bourbon Club. Because my schedule varies, I have a good amount of flexibility and can adjust my hours to accommodate pet care needs. This flexibility allows me to plan my days around walks, drop-ins, feedings, and quality time with pets. I’m committed to making sure each pet receives consistent attention, exercise, and care, and I’m able to move my schedule around when needed to ensure they come first. I provide a calm, safe, and nurturing environment for every pet in my care—whether in my home or my client’s home. I am naturally calm and collected around animals, which helps them feel secure and comfortable. I use a gentle, soft-spoken tone to build trust and reassure pets, especially those who may be shy or anxious. I love staying active with dogs and enjoy long walks, often covering a few miles to help them burn off energy in a healthy and positive way. My goal is always to ensure pets feel loved, exercised, and well cared for while maintaining a safe and structured environment.
