“Rachel is the first dog walker I’ve ever hired, and my first experience with Rover. She has been exceptional. SO sweet, great at communicating, and timely. She also spent an extra 20-30 minutes walking my dog (after communicating to see if it was ok), trying to track down a bandana that had fallen off. She has been a huge help to my family, and I can’t recommend her enough.”

“Addy has been great with our dog. She comes on schedule and is very responsive. Our dog does not like to be put back into his crate and Addy says she takes great care to guide him back in which we are greatful for (esp when he is being stubborn). Thanks!”

“Delaney is very good with my dogs. They love her! She is always on time and does a great job! I highly recommend her for anyone needing some to help with their pets. Great personality and very professional!”

About: I have experience in training animals especially puppies. I am currently in school to become a licensed Vet Tech but I also work at a clinic. The health and well being of all animals is my main priority. I am constantly around animals from working in a Veterinary clinic to learning about them. When I am not working or at school I am studying and hanging out with my own animals. Happiness and safety of animals has always come before everything. Making sure your pets get the proper care they need while you're away is important to me. I strictly follow the instructions I have been given as consistency is key in an animals life.
About: We have had pets and been around animals our whole lives. We have years of professional pet sitting experience, and have worked for and volunteered with animal welfare, wildlife rescue, and farm animal rescue organizations. This has included fostering over 100 animals. We lost a beloved 15 year old pup last year who gave us plenty of senior care experience. We have flexible work from home jobs, so we have Monday-Friday availability for pet care services. We have regular evening commitments out of the house, but only for an hour or 2. Our weekends are usually flexible and open as well! We have a secure fenced in yard for your pup to enjoy time outside! We also have a crate available for high-anxiety dogs if needed. Cats staying with us will have their own room. We have two cats in our home that are dog friendly.
About: I have over 13 years of experience as a dedicated cat owner, having cared for my own cat throughout its life. My love for animals started early, as I had a dog growing up, and as an adult, I cared for two beloved dogs who have since passed away. Additionally, my experience extends to a variety of other animals, including rats, guinea pigs, tortoises, and fish, and I also cared for dogs while working as a nanny. I am committed to your pets safety and wellbeing. My schedule is flexible which allows me the chance to acre for your pet and their unique needs. A morning or lunch walk would fit well into my schedule and caring for pets during the week or on the weekends is not a problem. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. This includes maintaining a clean space, providing regular feeding schedules with fresh water, and ensuring plenty of playtime, exercise, and affection to meet their physical and emotional needs. I also keep a close eye on their health, looking out for any changes in behavior or signs of illness, and address them promptly. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I adapt to the pet's established routine to minimize stress and ensure continuity of care. I follow specific instructions provided by the client, such as feeding schedules, medication needs, or special care requirements. I make sure to maintain a clean space, engage with the pet to build trust and comfort, and keep the client updated on their pet’s well-being. Whether in my home or a client's, my goal is to provide compassionate and reliable care tailored to each pet's unique needs.

I love to walk and play with animals as I am very energetic and adventurous. I love interacting with the animals in my neighborhood as does my own dog. I used to do doggie sleepovers with my Godmother so I thought that this would be a great way for me to earn money and continue to something I love at the same time. I love dogs of every size and I do not believe there is a such a thing as a bad behaved dog. If there one thing I can guarantee it is that any and every dog left in my care will be treated like my own. I am part-time, because I’m working as a licensed veterinary nurse! I have more than enough time to provide exercise and care for your babies. I make sure to provide pictures and videos to help alleviate and anxieties you may be feeling. I also have no problem in you calling me for real-time updates.

“Jordan was great. She was also EXTREMELY accommodating. My other dog walker fell through, so it was very last minute. But she was able to help me out. I will definitely use her again.”

About: Hi there! What sets me apart is my lifelong experience and hands-on training with dogs of all ages and temperaments. I’ve been around dogs since I was one year old, so caring for them truly comes naturally to me. In college, I was a primary handler for 4 Paws for Ability, where I helped raise and train service dogs. That experience gave me strong skills in puppy training, consistency, positive reinforcement, and understanding canine behavior. I’m comfortable working with young dogs who are still learning, as well as maintaining structure and routines that help them succeed. I also had a dog of my own during college, so I understand firsthand the responsibility, patience, and love that goes into daily care. Whether it’s energetic puppies who need guidance and exercise or older dogs who need a gentler pace and extra attention, I provide attentive, compassionate care tailored to each pet’s needs. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I currently work part-time, with some mornings at my internship and some evenings as a bartender at the Bourbon Club. Because my schedule varies, I have a good amount of flexibility and can adjust my hours to accommodate pet care needs. This flexibility allows me to plan my days around walks, drop-ins, feedings, and quality time with pets. I’m committed to making sure each pet receives consistent attention, exercise, and care, and I’m able to move my schedule around when needed to ensure they come first. I provide a calm, safe, and nurturing environment for every pet in my care—whether in my home or my client’s home. I am naturally calm and collected around animals, which helps them feel secure and comfortable. I use a gentle, soft-spoken tone to build trust and reassure pets, especially those who may be shy or anxious. I love staying active with dogs and enjoy long walks, often covering a few miles to help them burn off energy in a healthy and positive way. My goal is always to ensure pets feel loved, exercised, and well cared for while maintaining a safe and structured environment.
Holiday Hills dog parents share their Rover experiences
Rachel has walked my dog, Roxy, maybe a dozen or so times now, and I could not be more thankful for her. She is kind, and gives my dog great experiences. I am so thankful to know someone that I trust completely with my pup, who has her best interest at heart. Thank you Miss Rachel!! Roxy loves you!!

Christy was very professional, accommodating, and the best communicator. She made the whole process stress free by answering all of my many questions, as I was new to using Rover. My dog came back home and was very happy and ready for a good nap! (Plus she took the cutest pictures on the walk!)
