About: I have grown up with dogs in the house my whole life. I am especially comfortable taking care of older and senior dogs and adapting to their needs (ex. blind/deaf) and have lived with small to medium breeds. However, I am also experienced with taking care of younger and larger breeds (ex. 1 year old English Labs). I have recently graduated from my undergraduate program, and have plenty of free time while looking for full-time employment. I do have a daughter, which may limit certain appointment times but should be flexible as I do have relatives to help, should I need to check on your pets. Experienced with young and elderly dogs, I am always sure to keep an eye on them when they are outside to prevent any escape or injury, regardless of a fence. If needed, I can also sit with special animals on a schedule, to ensure they go to sleep after meals or a walk.

About: I've been a lover of animals all my life and have worked with service dogs in training. I will treat animals as if they are my own! I am currently an architecture college student studying at UK! I have busy schedule on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, but I have a pretty open after 11am on Thursdays and before noon + after 6pm on Fridays. Additionally, I am free every week day after 6pm and all weekends! I will not be able to care for pups in my home. I live in an university dorm and currently training a service dog in training for 4Paws.

About: I’ve owned dogs and cats since I was a kid my family loves animals. I dog sit for family friends and have taken care of animals as veterinarian tech. I’m currently a student at UK and take a mix of online and short in person classes. My schedule is pretty relaxed as I don’t have classes everyday of the week. When I do have class I’m home a lot between classes and have time to check on animals every 2 hours. I live near campus so I can take your pet on walks around campus or to the park. I live in a pet free and smoke free apartment and can easily crate your pet if needed.

Before joining Rover, I personally cared for over 80 different pets, gaining experience with many personalities, routines, and care needs. As a certified veterinary assistant with over 400 hours of clinical experience, I’m comfortable administering medications, monitoring health, and caring for senior or special-needs animals. I’ve worked with young animals, seniors, anxious pets, and high-energy pets, and I always tailor my care to each animal. What sets me apart is my combination of real veterinary knowledge and proven, multi-species pet-sitting experience. I make sure pets get plenty of attention and consistency, especially those who may be shy, anxious, or need extra reassurance. When pets are in my home, I provide a calm, supervised environment with structured routines, enrichment, and plenty of one-on-one care. I prioritize safety, cleanliness, and comfort so pets feel relaxed and cared for, just like they would at home.

About: I have taken care of dogs for over 10 years and have vast experience in walking, feeding, administering medications, etc. I even started volunteering at a pet store at the age of 8 and stayed there for many years! I’m working part time so I have quite a lot of time on my hands to give your pups the right amount of attention they need. I have a fenced in yard with a lot of grass that is very dog friendly. I also have two of the sweetest most playful doodles to keep your dog company!!

About: Hi, I’m Esther! I’m a college student who has been on Rover for over two years. Most of my experience is with younger dogs but I love taking care of seniors too. I currently don’t have any pups so I pet-sit to stay active and continue being around animals. I am a student with a lot of mid day and weekend availability. I’m very flexible, especially on holidays and during school breaks. I have a lot of experience house sitting as well and I love overnight visits. When leaving your pets with me, they’ll be treated as my own. I believe in open and transparent communication so I’ll provide lots of updates. I have skills in leash training, crate training, and grooming. I would love to keep your pet company! For safety on house sitting appointments, I plan on meeting clients and their pups before providing services to make sure we’re a good fit.

About: I have been around pets my whole life, but dogs are my favorite! I love them all, from puppies to the senior friends. I regularly care for my family dogs and I have experience caring for friends dogs and I have several regular clients. I have experience with puppy care and training, bathing, feeding, and administering medication. I also have experience with senior dog care nearing the end of life and all others in between. I have no trouble creating the special bond needed with most dog personalities. Dogs are truly our best friends! I play and exercise my own dogs daily. I understand the importance of keeping dogs engaged, healthy, and active. I do have a part-time job, but schedules are flexible given enough notice. I am so excited to care for your pup! I like to make sure the doggie is a happy, tired doggie when I do have to leave them. They love me and know fun is in store when I’m around. I play fetch and frisbee in the backyard and go on long walks around the neighborhood. If we can’t be outside I’ll play games with them indoors to challenge their minds and keep them occupied. Then of course there’s snuggle time together until they’re ready to nap or go to sleep in their crates or bed.
