“Hannah was so great with Daisy! She followed all of the instructions we left and made sure to bond and make Daisy feel comfortable while my husband and I were gone all week on vacation. She provided us daily updates with pictures and was very communicative, which made it so much easier to be away from Daisy for a whole week. I would definitely recommend Hannah to anyone needing a gentle and attentive dog sitter!”

“Angelee was a complete angel! She took great care of our pets, providing consistent updates and going above and beyond. I’m definitely rebooking her and you should too!”

“We had to quickly find someone to help us with an overnight after our dog was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and couldn’t go to his normal place. We ended up finding Emelyn who was willing to take care of the other two dogs plus our sick pup who needed meds. She was communicative, kind and took great care of our pack. The dogs seemed to be way more at ease in their home plus I got pictures which made us know they were being well taken care of.”

“Ashleigh was great with our Great Pyrenees! She took him on walks, sent us frequent updates and treated him very well. The house was clean when we came back as well! Highly recommend and will be booking again”
“Addie was so incredible watching our Vizsla for a few days while out of town. She consistently checked in and sent tons of photos & videos. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone who is kind & gentle with your furry family member.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats for many years and have experience pet sitting for multiple families, including drop-in visits and overnight care. I’ve cared for cats regularly over several years, watched dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals of all kinds. I also volunteer through Doggy Day Out at the shelter, where I help walk and socialize dogs, and I grew up with a family dog, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I enjoy walks, playtime, cuddles, and making sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away. I have experience incorporating caregiving and pet care into my daily routine and enjoy creating consistent schedules for feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship. I am organized, dependable, and make it a priority to ensure pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. My schedule allows me to provide regular walks, check-ins, enrichment, and quality time, and I always work to follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel at home. I spend a lot of time at home and have a flexible schedule, allowing me to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and consistency throughout the week. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routines as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and reduce stress. I make sure pets have fresh water, are fed on schedule, and receive plenty of attention, enrichment, playtime, and companionship. I prioritize safety by keeping doors and outdoor areas secure, being attentive during walks and potty breaks, and cleaning litter boxes as needed. I also provide updates and photos so owners feel informed, reassured, and connected while away.
About: We work from home full-time, which means your pup will get lots of supervision, attention, companionship, and cuddles throughout the day instead of being left alone for long periods. Dogs staying with us typically get up to two walks a day, usually 1–2.5 mile walks at nearby trails. If your pup enjoys walks and adventures, they’re welcome to join! We also make sure dogs have plenty of supervised playtime, enrichment, rest, and individualized attention depending on their personality and energy level. We genuinely love pets and try to make them feel like part of the family while they’re here. Whether your dog is playful, cuddly, shy, energetic, or prefers a calmer environment, we do our best to adapt to their needs and routine. We're also happy to provide regular updates, photos, and videos so you can feel comfortable while you’re away. We know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and we aim to create a safe, loving environment where both you and your pup feel comfortable. I have a flexible schedule to give your pets the love and attention they deserve! I take my dog on walks twice a day for 1-2.5 miles in the park and typically spend the rest of the day at home, treating your babies like my own. I have a fenced yard and live walking distance from a park with wooded trails. I have a friendly pup in my home who loves having friends to play with. I will care for your pets like my own!
“Joni has been the best for our pup! Our dog loves all of the time spent with Joni. She has always been professional and communicative and has become our go to for watching our dog!!”

“Misty was great and Luna was safe and secure, happy and healthy when I arrived home. Finding a dog sitter on Memorial Day seemed like an impossible request so imagine my surprise when she accepted, arrived and did a great job. I highly recommend her!”

“DeAnna was very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for watching the pups! We have a couple more sits booked with her and it’s nice to know they will be cared for while I’m gone.”

“Megan was absolutely incredible & we couldn’t have asked for a better rover. Super sweet and extremely polite, prompt and professional. We had absolutely no concerns with her caring for our girl while we were away. She was in great hands with Megan! Megan kept us updated with photos and daily check ins. She also left our apartment absolutely spotless. Will absolutely be reaching back out in the future next time we’re in need of a Rover!”

About: I’ve been taking care of cats and dogs for over a decade. I am comfortable with all ages of animals and can administer medication, as needed. Comfortable walking a variety of sizes and ages with a collar or harness. Most of my dogsitting experience has been with senior dogs so I am happy to accommodate their special needs. About: I've been taking care of pets for about 5 years, and have cared for pets of my family, friends of my parents, and others who have reached out to me! My time in the summer is super flexible, and I'm willing to meet all of your pets' needs! Throughout the summer, I work a part-time job with a flexible schedule. I put my availability in two-weeks in advance, but only work about 5 to 6 hour shifts when I am scheduled. During the academic year, I take 3 classes on top of working part-time, so my schedule is more limited, but I am still able to take off if alerted two weeks in advance! In the past, I have only cared for pets in the clients' homes. I can assure you that as someone who loves my own family pets, very direction about your pet will be followed, as any rules you might have about your house, since I understand these two things are incredibly important to everyone.
Central Downtown pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kylie was great! She arrived right on time and was willing to stay a few minutes extra when we were running a bit late on our return. She followed my instructions exactly and made sure that Twyla was fed and taken out for a potty walk. I will certainly use her again when she’s available.

I booked Ariel for a week long house sitting while traveling for work and she was fantastic. Axel really took up with her. She took really good care of the pups, fish and robot lawnmower, and left the place as clean as it was when she got here. Will absolutely book again

Sarah was wonderful! She sent us updates with photos every day and really made us feel like our pups were in good hands. I wish I had done this years ago instead of using a kennel. We knew they were not only fed and sheltered, but they got pets and love and could relax in their own home without the anxiety of a bunch of other dogs barking around them. We have already booked her again!
