“Hannah was so great with Daisy! She followed all of the instructions we left and made sure to bond and make Daisy feel comfortable while my husband and I were gone all week on vacation. She provided us daily updates with pictures and was very communicative, which made it so much easier to be away from Daisy for a whole week. I would definitely recommend Hannah to anyone needing a gentle and attentive dog sitter!”

About: I was certified as a vet assistant at 17. Currently in Vet tech school & expected to graduate 2027. I have 2 friendly dogs of my own :) I am available on the weekends, I keep pets on a consistent schedule to ensure all of their needs are met including feeding, enrichment, & exercise. I treat every animal as if they’re my own. I prioritize keeping pets safe, comfortable & happy. I follow the owner’s instructions and also giving them attention and care while they’re in my care.
“We had to quickly find someone to help us with an overnight after our dog was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and couldn’t go to his normal place. We ended up finding Emelyn who was willing to take care of the other two dogs plus our sick pup who needed meds. She was communicative, kind and took great care of our pack. The dogs seemed to be way more at ease in their home plus I got pictures which made us know they were being well taken care of.”

“Sarah has been a great addition to our home every time she watches our pup. We’ve used her many times, and trust her every time. She communicates great and treats our dog like her own. He is always happy when we get home!! Thankful for Sarah when she stays with our dog.”

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. My family has had many dogs ranging in size from a Great Dane to a Pug. I pet sit for many of my neighbors growing up and was always reliable and caring. I am currently a student in college, but I am available for a good chunk of most week days. My classes are mostly in the mornings, so I am available in the afternoons/ nights or early morning before class. I am also available anytime on the weekends. I care for pets in their own homes the same way I would want someone to care for my pets. I will always respect my clients homes, ensure pets are secure before I leave, and follow instructions carefully.
“Dina is one of the BEST!!! Overall great person and you could instantly tell that she has a genuine care for the animals that she is around and taking care of. As a pet owner herself, she gets how difficult it is to leave the fur babies and made us feel at ease leaving them in her care. Dina sent regular updates and pictures throughout the stay which we LOVED!!! She was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond! We would book Dina again in a heartbeat as long as her availability allows (I know she is popular and rightfully so)!!! She also took great care of our home while we were away and we returned to our home as clean or maybe even a little cleaner than when we left it. Dina is fantastic and we would definitely recommend her to anyone asking.”

“Our first time using Rover and Ashleigh was wonderful! Dogs were very happy to see us come home but I get the impression they really didn’t miss us much!”

“She done a great job! Great communication and even better she took care of my babies while one of them was sick. Definitely recommend and will be in contact if needed again.”

“Mackenna was amazing with my Australian Shepherd while I was on vacation. From the moment they met, he was totally at ease with her, which isn’t always the case with him. She sent me regular updates, which I really appreciated, and communication was super easy the whole time. Knowing he was in such good hands made it so much easier to actually relax and enjoy my trip. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that made all the difference. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter they can truly trust!”

“Megan did a wonderful job with our senior dog, Juliet. As Juliet has been dealing with some medical issues, Megan’s regular updates & attention to detail gave us the peace of mind necessary to enjoy our weekend trip. Our home was left absolutely spotless. We will definitely book with Megan again and highly recommend her!”

“Libby did a phenomenal job housesitting for us and our two elderly dogs. She was prompt, very dependable and kept us informed with notes and pictures of how our babies were doing. Our house was immaculate and the mail on the counter when we got back. We will definitely ask her to help us again.”
About: I grew up with a dogs and cats. I love their snuggles! I have joined Rover to give myself a bit of boost. I used to have a dog named Mabellene, she was wonderful, I currently own a cat. I’ve always had a pet, so they are the first thing on my mind when I’m leaving the office ……or waking up in the morning. I only sit in my apartment on special circumstances, my cat has to be okay with the dog. In your home I follow all rules and basic etiquette when in someone else’s space.
About: I have taken care of dogs of many different breeds and sizes for a couple of years now. Family and friends have trusted me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets as well as look after their house if needed! I am currently a student, so when I am not in school I have time to walk or take care of a dog during most of the week! I have lots of experience watching animals in their own home. I keep the house tidy and even cleaner than when I arrived. I make sure the animal always has plenty of food, fitness, and any other care requirements the dog may need!

“Natalie was able to take care of my pups last minute while I was away on a quick weekend trip. She was flexible for a meet and greet, and stayed right on schedule for taking care of my dogs. Will definitely use her for my next trip!”

About: Hi there! Thank you for checking out my profile! My name is DeAnna; I’ve always had dogs in my life (ones of all sizes from Terrier to Poodles to Great Pyrenees) , and have some experience with cats. I am a certified Dog Obedience Trainer with exceptional experience in dog behavior, learning theory, breed attributes and animal husbandry. Unlike other sitters and walkers you may see, I am willing to offer advice for dog training and grooming. I’m a fast learner, pay attention to even the smallest details, I am a compassionate person willing to go out of my way to make sure your fur baby is happy. If you ever need someone to watch your dogs/cats or just someone to get them out of the house to play, keep me in mind! I will always make sure that I leave your fur babies healthy and happy :) I am currently self employed and have open availability throughout the week, which makes even more time to focus on caring for your pups and giving them the best care I have a full fenced in yard within a quiet neighborhood. We own two very spoiled and very loved dogs who will treat your pup like a brother or sister. Outside of the home, my main priorities are your pup’s safety and the fun they have under my care.

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I have dogsit, catsit, and looked after rodents. I have worked with equines and other livestock since I was 10. I am comfortable around most animals, even those with quirks. I am familiar with distributing oral medications, portioning food, cleaning up after pets, and providing enrichment while owners are away. I am also familiar with the basics of training dogs. I am comfortable with, have experience with, and am willing to become familiar with any pets that may be aggressive or pushy, though I would require a few meetings before being left alone with them. Its important to me that owners are consistently in the loop regarding the care and attention their pets are recieving when they arent around. Im more than willing to answer any additional questions regarding my experience! Over the summer I am working part time as a waitress. My schedule is fairly flexible and Im willing to be accomodating as long as owners reciprocate. I have a valid drivers liscence and clean record however dont always have access to a car. I will be living at home during the summer and cannot board/bring animals back to my house as my Dad is severely allergic to all animals. Im always respectful of clients spaces and try my best to keep everything clean and orderly along with ensuring that the pets are comfortable with me being in their space. I am punctual and will give proper portions of foods/ medications, provide enrichment/play for the animals if they wish to engage, take them on walks, and reinforce any potential training needs.
Duncan Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Angelee was fantastic! My wife and I booked her somewhat last minute for the weekend of our wedding. She was so responsive and communicated the entire weekend, sending lots of photos and updates. She left our house honestly cleaner than when she arrived because we were in the middle of wedding planning chaos. She tidied up, stripped the bed, and even left us a small gift with well wishes for our marriage. Will definitely be booking her again!!

Sarah was wonderful! She sent us updates with photos every day and really made us feel like our pups were in good hands. I wish I had done this years ago instead of using a kennel. We knew they were not only fed and sheltered, but they got pets and love and could relax in their own home without the anxiety of a bunch of other dogs barking around them. We have already booked her again!

Megan was absolutely incredible & we couldn’t have asked for a better rover. Super sweet and extremely polite, prompt and professional. We had absolutely no concerns with her caring for our girl while we were away. She was in great hands with Megan! Megan kept us updated with photos and daily check ins. She also left our apartment absolutely spotless. Will absolutely be reaching back out in the future next time we’re in need of a Rover!

Taylor took great care of our dog Murphy and our home while we were out of town for our son's wedding. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing Murphy was being well taken care of. Taylor even washed the sheets and towels she used during her stay and vacuumed too! I highly recommend her!!!

Delaney was incredible! She came for a meet and greet and was so sweet and our pups took right to her! She communicated and sent photos of her stay and even went above and beyond and cleaned up our insane backyard from toys and destroyed toys left from the snow storm. We are looking forward to having her back. Thank you so much! 5/5 highly recommend!!
