About: I’ve owned dogs and cats since I was a kid my family loves animals. I dog sit for family friends and have taken care of animals as veterinarian tech. I’m currently a student at UK and take a mix of online and short in person classes. My schedule is pretty relaxed as I don’t have classes everyday of the week. When I do have class I’m home a lot between classes and have time to check on animals every 2 hours. I live near campus so I can take your pet on walks around campus or to the park. I live in a pet free and smoke free apartment and can easily crate your pet if needed.

I specialize in senior pet care, offering compassionate support for aging pets, including administering medications, managing health conditions, and providing gentle, tailored exercise routines. I also have experience training puppies, helping them develop good behaviors early on and ensuring they have the structure they need to thrive. My focus is always on building trust and creating a safe, loving environment for your pets, so they feel comfortable and secure when you're away. Above all, I aim to offer peace of mind to pet owners, knowing their animals are in caring, responsible hands. Available almost anytime in Lexington and surrounding areas contact in advance is recommended but we can take last-minute calls depending on the situation and what not. Also I work with you budget! I have a park near me and I do take my own dog to the dog park every chance I get via Lyft and plenty of toys for your fur babies!

About: I absolutely love dogs! Since I can’t have one while in college, pet sitting gives me the perfect opportunity to spend time with them. I also worked at the Lexington Humane Society for over 4 years, as kennel technician and a full-time vet assistant. I cared for all of our animals and livestock, and have experience with all routes of medication administration. I have been a dog and kitten foster parent for over 3 years. I foster failed my 6th foster dog 🤭. I have experience with crate training, leash training, and basic obedience training. I have training in emergency and senior animal care. I have a strong understanding of dog body language. I have a passion for animals and would love to help care for yours! I am currently available most mornings, afternoons, and evenings as I am taking some time off of work before transitioning into human medicine. I am available for drop in visits or boarding in my home, both during the day and overnight. My own dog is crate trained, but spends his time free roaming in my bedroom while i’m away. I have a large crate available for use if needed. My dog loves other canine friends, so if you would like a companion for your pet, there is space for playtime in my home. Otherwise, I would be more than happy to travel to your home to spend some time with your fur babies! (Dogs will be kept separate if left unattended in my home). I do not have a yard, but have plenty of grassy areas and walking trails nearby for your furry friend to get some exercise!
