I began dog/housesitting for a family with senior dogs at the beginning of my college career around five years ago. In my family home for the last couple of years we were able to bring in new family members a farm cat and a big, fluffy Pyrenees.

I am so happy I left my dog Maple with Guadalupe! She is super sweet, sent photos and videos every day, and Maple looked relaxed and happy in all of them. Guadalupe did a very nice job watching my dog Max, taking him out for walks and making sure that he's comfortable. She also communicated really well through the process and provided wonderful updates
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was ChiLo’s second time staying with Guadalupe, and once again, she was absolutely wonderful! I felt completely comfortable leaving him with her because I knew he was in good hands. Guadalupe kept me informed throughout his stay and sent me pictures, which I absolutely loved! 🥰 It’s such a relief to be able to check in, see your fur baby happy and comfortable, and know they’re being well cared for. ChiLo is definitely spoiled, so finding someone I trust with him is important to me. Guadalupe is caring, dependable, and truly treats him like one of her own. The fact that this was our second time with her says it all! I highly recommend Guadalupe and will definitely be booking with her again! 🐾❤️
Guadalupe was great! She was open to keeping my pup last minute when I was coming through town and needed a place for her to stay for a few hours while I worked. She took my dog for at least a few walks even though she was only there for a short time, and sent me several pictures showing that she was comfortable and well cared for! Would definitely hire her again.
She took excellent care of my dog Ruby on short notice. She provided updates and was very responsive! I would definitely recommend her!

Schedule
I am a full-time work from home employee, so I am more available throughout the day, and I typically like to take walks during my lunch, and in the afternoon to get some sun and take a break. As I mentioned in my family home, we had a dog and cat so I was used to attending to them during my work hours, but I have since moved out and miss having my assistants as I like to call them.

Safety, trust & environment
If I can tell that a pet is needing attention or I feel that something is off I’m quick to communicate to the owner or vet based on what I’m seeing. I feel like I am very attentive considering my pets were very spoiled at home. I would stop work to let them out at any moment and bring them back in when they were hungry.
A typical day
I live right next to a large park so I would spend my breaks hanging out with them there as well as take walks in the neighborhood. Since I typically take my laptop outside to work for a bit I would bring the pets out with me if the weather is good for them.

- Please let me know if your dog is extremely active. My house is a bit smaller and I would enjoy having them be comfortable in every room without bumping into walls or hurting themselves. I’m a very small woman under 110 pounds so if your pet is a larger and aggressive I don’t think I am the correct person for you, as I would love to go on walks and make sure they are safe and not run off. I am most comfortable with senior dogs but any companion will be happy and comfortable here!
