“I cannot say enough good things about Brooke! From the first week I got my crazy cattle dog puppy she has been instrumental in helping me exercise and care for my new bestie. Her prompt communication and willingness to help out despite my repeated last minute bookings is so helpful for my erratic work schedule. Whether it’s 10 degrees and there’s 8 inches of ice on the ground or it’s raining Brooke has showed up for me and been so loving and patient with my spicy pup. 10/10 no notes pls never leave us lol”

“Delaney is responsible, always on time, and does a very good job! My dogs love her and get so excited every time she comes over. She does an amazing job! You can count on her to take care of your dogs without any concerns!”

“Rachel is the first dog walker I’ve ever hired, and my first experience with Rover. She has been exceptional. SO sweet, great at communicating, and timely. She also spent an extra 20-30 minutes walking my dog (after communicating to see if it was ok), trying to track down a bandana that had fallen off. She has been a huge help to my family, and I can’t recommend her enough.”

“Addelynn has been great with our new pup. We are gone most of the day for work and she comes on the days when we wont be home until late. She is responsive, walks him 20 minutes and sends pictures as well as how he did and if he went potty. Would recommend! Thanks!”

About: Hi! I’m someone who truly treats every pet like family. What sets me apart is how much I focus on each pet’s individual needs, personality, and routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I have hands-on experience with both puppies and senior pets. With puppies, I can help reinforce potty training, crate training, leash skills, and good habits using positive reinforcement. For senior pets, I’m very patient and attentive—I’m comfortable giving medications, following specific care routines, and making sure they get gentle exercise and lots of comfort. I’m also big on communication. I’ll send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and in good hands. Whether your pet is energetic, anxious, or needs a little extra TLC, I adjust my care style to fit them. Reliability, safety, and genuine care are my top priorities—and I always aim to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your pet. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, so your pet will get consistent attention and care throughout the day. I plan my schedule to make sure I have plenty of time for walks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins—nothing is rushed. On a typical day, I’m able to provide morning, midday, and evening care, which works well for maintaining a pet’s normal routine. Whether that means early walks, regular potty breaks, or sticking to a specific feeding schedule, I make sure their needs come first. During the week and weekends, I keep my schedule flexible so I can adapt to each pet’s routine—especially for things like puppy potty breaks, exercise needs, or senior pets who may need more frequent attention. I focus on keeping pets comfortable by sticking to their normal routine. In a client’s home, I follow all care instructions closely—feeding, walks, playtime, and medications—while keeping your space clean and sending regular updates. In my home, I provide a safe, calm environment with plenty of supervision, structure, and attention so pets feel relaxed and at home. No matter the setting, I prioritize safety, consistency, and personalized care to match each pet’s needs and personality.
About: I have been pet sitting for 5 years and my friends, family and neighbors all have trusted me to take care of their pets for years. I have experience in basic obedience training with young dogs. I have trained my 2 dogs and have done some work with other puppies. I have experience with administrating medicine to senior animals. I also have experience with reptiles, I used to be a pet keeper at a pet store and picked up many useful skills during that time. I am currently working part time. Shifts are about 4 to 7 hours long but only 3 days a week. Daily walks are no problem, I can fit that into my daily schedule. I usually like to discuss with the clients that have booked with me about my schedule for that week. I usually do not house pets in my home due to the fact that we have many animals and things can get difficult. In a client's home I usually follow the instructions that I am provided for the pets diet and routine. I love playing and spending time with all my clients animals!
About: Hi! My name is Brooklyn, and I am a caring, loving dog sitter/walker based in Lexington, KY. There has never been a time when dogs didn't play a huge role in life. I grew up with two doggies, Chica and Sumo, who were my best friends. I understand how important it is to trust someone else with your pet, so I prioritize communicating with you often and building a close relationship with your dog to ensure they feel comfortable and safe while you're away. I strive to treat your pet as if it were my own. I've cared for dogs pretty much my whole life, including pet sitting for friends and family. I'm very comfortable with feeding schedules, walking routines, and of course, snuggles whenever necessary :) I look forward to meeting you and your pet, and I thank you in advance for trusting me with them <3 I currently work part-time, so I will have plenty of time and wiggle room to accommodate you and your pet. Typically, I am available for boarding on weekends. As for walking, in the morning works best for me; however, I am flexible! I do my best to create a safe, comfortable, and consistent environment anytime someone trusts me with their pet. When caring for pets in someone else's home, I make sure to communicate well with the owner prior so I have a good understanding of their routine to make both the pet and their owner feel at ease. I also make sure pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, and exercise to make them feel cared for while their owner is away. In my own home, I provide a clean and pet-friendly space where your dog can feel safe and comfortable. I pay close supervision to all pets and communicate consistently with messages, updates, and photos. Overall, my goal is to treat your pet like my own while making sure you and your pet are comfortable and feel safe.

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I have dogsit, catsit, and looked after rodents. I have worked with equines and other livestock since I was 10. I am comfortable around most animals, even those with quirks. I am familiar with distributing oral medications, portioning food, cleaning up after pets, and providing enrichment while owners are away. I am also familiar with the basics of training dogs. I am comfortable with, have experience with, and am willing to become familiar with any pets that may be aggressive or pushy, though I would require a few meetings before being left alone with them. Its important to me that owners are consistently in the loop regarding the care and attention their pets are recieving when they arent around. Im more than willing to answer any additional questions regarding my experience! Over the summer I am working part time as a waitress. My schedule is fairly flexible and Im willing to be accomodating as long as owners reciprocate. I have a valid drivers liscence and clean record however dont always have access to a car. I will be living at home during the summer and cannot board/bring animals back to my house as my Dad is severely allergic to all animals. Im always respectful of clients spaces and try my best to keep everything clean and orderly along with ensuring that the pets are comfortable with me being in their space. I am punctual and will give proper portions of foods/ medications, provide enrichment/play for the animals if they wish to engage, take them on walks, and reinforce any potential training needs.

Cardinal Hill-Pine Meadow dog parents share their Rover experiences
Jeff was seriously amazing with our dogs while we were away for 5 days. We have two big, energetic golden retrievers that can definitely be a lot sometimes, and he handled them really well. He came by three times a day, took them on great walks, gave them lots of attention, and just genuinely cared about them. He started out walking them one at a time, but once our pups became a bit more familiar he did both at once like a superstar! What we really appreciated was how communicative and flexible he was the whole time. He always kept us updated (with lots of photos!), was super easy to work with, and gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were gone. Our dogs absolutely loved him, and we came home to two very happy dogs and everything in great shape. We’d 100% trust Jeff to watch them again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable, honest, and really good with dogs.

Rachel has walked my dog, Roxy, maybe a dozen or so times now, and I could not be more thankful for her. She is kind, and gives my dog great experiences. I am so thankful to know someone that I trust completely with my pup, who has her best interest at heart. Thank you Miss Rachel!! Roxy loves you!!

Christy was very professional, accommodating, and the best communicator. She made the whole process stress free by answering all of my many questions, as I was new to using Rover. My dog came back home and was very happy and ready for a good nap! (Plus she took the cutest pictures on the walk!)
