About: Hi, I'm Brooke! I'm a recent UofL grad and love meeting new furry friends! I grew up with both cats and dogs, and began caring for neighbors’ pets at 10 years old. Since then, I’ve had years of experience with house sitting, daily walks, and drop-in visits for neighbors and family friends, often working through word of mouth and personal recommendations. I’ve worked as both a stay-in pet sitter and a weekly dog walker, and I love making sure animals feel safe, loved, and well-cared for. I have experience caring for puppies, kittens, high-energy animals, and senior pets with special needs, and am comfortable adapting to a wide range of temperaments and energy levels. What sets me apart is my reliability, communication, and attention to care when it comes to treating animals with the patience, love, and respect they need.🩷 I am currently on my gap year between undergraduate and medical school, so pet care will be my full time job! I am able to stay the majority of the day at client's homes if needed, but may need to step out for an hour or two to get food and/or groceries for my stay. Feel free to discuss your pet's schedule with me, and we can figure out a plan that works for everyone! I always try to meet with the family before sitting or dropping-in so that I understand how any pets are used to their home feeling. I will follow all instructions left by the owners, and try to keep a loving and clean environment for the animals. I also try to be very communicative with owners about any questions or concerns, and will gladly provide daily pictures/videos of animals to the owners. I also love playing with animals and making sure they get enough activity so they can get some fresh air and love! Additionally, I am a pre-medical student and have many hours of emergency experience with basic life support (BLS) and have taken a veterinary BLS course. I know how to administer CPR and perform the Heimlich maneuver on cats and dogs. I also have experience administering injected medication and subcutaneous fluids to cats and dogs. (I do not have experience administering care to additional animals at this time.) I also look up the closest veterinary ER prior to a stay, and am prepared to drive any animals in case of an emergency.

I work from home with a fully flexible schedule, so pet care fits naturally into my day. I can do morning, midday, or evening drop ins and walks, and I’m available for overnight house sitting with plenty of notice or even short notice when my calendar allows. Your pet’s routine stays exactly as they know it. I follow your instructions to the letter: feeding schedules, medications, walking routes, and household rules. I always keep dogs leashed outdoors unless you have a secure fenced yard, double check doors and gates, and send regular photo updates so you have total peace of mind while you’re away :)

About: I have grown up with dogs in the house my whole life. I am especially comfortable taking care of older and senior dogs and adapting to their needs (ex. blind/deaf) and have lived with small to medium breeds. However, I am also experienced with taking care of younger and larger breeds (ex. 1 year old English Labs). I have recently graduated from my undergraduate program, and have plenty of free time while looking for full-time employment. I do have a daughter, which may limit certain appointment times but should be flexible as I do have relatives to help, should I need to check on your pets. Experienced with young and elderly dogs, I am always sure to keep an eye on them when they are outside to prevent any escape or injury, regardless of a fence. If needed, I can also sit with special animals on a schedule, to ensure they go to sleep after meals or a walk.

I am comfortable handling energetic puppies, shy pets, and senior animals that need extra patience and attention. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and relaxed while their owners are away. As a college student with a flexible schedule, I am available most weekdays and weekends for walks, drop-ins, and boarding. I plan my day around the pets I care for so they receive consistent attention, regular potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of playtime. I am also able to accommodate early morning, evening, and last-minute requests when needed. I provide a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment where animals are always supervised and treated like part of the family. I carefully follow each owner’s feeding schedules, medication instructions, and routines to keep pets comfortable. During walks and visits, I prioritize safety by using secure leashes, monitoring surroundings, and giving pets the patience and care they deserve.

About: I have taken care of dogs for over 10 years and have vast experience in walking, feeding, administering medications, etc. I even started volunteering at a pet store at the age of 8 and stayed there for many years! I’m working part time so I have quite a lot of time on my hands to give your pups the right amount of attention they need. I have a fenced in yard with a lot of grass that is very dog friendly. I also have two of the sweetest most playful doodles to keep your dog company!!

About: I have years of pet care experience with all shapes and sizes of dogs. Will show the same love to your pet as you do. I am currently working part time so I will very easily be able to work around those hours in order to look after your pups. I am active and able to take a spin around the block with your pup. Walking or running I am able to keep pace with your dog safely. Regardless of the service, I will show the same love to your pet as you do.

About: I have had a dog from the time I was 12 until I was 22! I know how to take care of all ages, from puppies to our beloved senior doggies. I’m in search for my new study buddy to keep me company while I do my flash cards! I am currently in medical school, and my class schedule is predictable but flexible. With a low amount of required activities, I am available to spend more time with your babies! I usually study from home, which means we can both keep each-other company :) I have experience in dog sitting and house sitting. I will be more than happy to spend as much time as possible in your home so that your pets stay on as normal of a routine as possible. About: I’ve causally pet sit for my friends plenty of times and I am very comfortable taking care of dogs. I would love to be your pets bestie:) Right as of this moment I’m working part time so most of my shifts are 5hrs. Either 10-3 or 3-8pm. I will try to spend as much time as possible with your pet. I’m going to make sure they get some exercise in before I head off to work. I offer lots of cuddles and play ! I will make sure to keep your pet’s routine intact. I’m available to house sit if needed.
