About: With a lifetime of experience living with dogs and cats and a year of consistent dogsitting, I’m confident caring for pets of all ages and energy levels. I provide in-home overnight stays, drop-ins, and dog walking to help keep your pet comfortable in their familiar space. As a paraeducator, I’m organized, calm under pressure, and attentive to individual needs. I understand how important routine, safety, and communication are, and I take pride in providing dependable care you can trust. I have a very flexible schedule right now, which allows me to dedicate consistent time and attention to pet care. I’m available for overnight stays, drop-ins, and walks throughout the week and on weekends. Because of this flexibility, I can provide reliable, attentive care and adjust to each pet’s unique routine and energy level. My approach to pet care is structured, attentive, and tailored to each individual pet. Before care begins, I like to understand your pet’s routine, preferences, triggers, and any medical or behavioral needs. • Overnight stays: Maintain normal schedule, walks, feedings, playtime, and companionship. • Drop-ins: Bathroom breaks, feeding, fresh water, enrichment/play, and safety check of the home. • Walks: Safe leash handling, appropriate exercise, and attention to weather and surroundings. Clear communication is important to me, so I provide updates and photos during each visit.

I have an anxious dog of my own, so I completely understand how much pets thrive on routine, familiar surroundings, and a calm presence. I also have years of experience with the senior dogs in my family, so I’m comfortable with slower walks, medications, and the extra gentleness older pets deserve. I offer drop in visits, dog walking, and overnight house sitting. When I stay overnight, my own dog stays home with my partner so your pet gets my full, undivided attention. My flexible schedule means I can keep your pet’s routine exactly as they know it, with plenty of photo updates along the way! I work from home with a fully flexible schedule, so pet care fits naturally into my day. I can do morning, midday, or evening drop ins and walks, and I’m available for overnight house sitting with plenty of notice or even short notice when my calendar allows. Your pet’s routine stays exactly as they know it. I follow your instructions to the letter: feeding schedules, medications, walking routes, and household rules. I always keep dogs leashed outdoors unless you have a secure fenced yard, double check doors and gates, and send regular photo updates so you have total peace of mind while you’re away :)

About: Hi, I'm Brooke! I'm a recent UofL grad and love meeting new furry friends! I grew up with both cats and dogs, and began caring for neighbors’ pets at 10 years old. Since then, I’ve had years of experience with house sitting, daily walks, and drop-in visits for neighbors and family friends, often working through word of mouth and personal recommendations. I’ve worked as both a stay-in pet sitter and a weekly dog walker, and I love making sure animals feel safe, loved, and well-cared for. I have experience caring for puppies, kittens, high-energy animals, and senior pets with special needs, and am comfortable adapting to a wide range of temperaments and energy levels. What sets me apart is my reliability, communication, and attention to care when it comes to treating animals with the patience, love, and respect they need.🩷 I am currently on my gap year between undergraduate and medical school, so pet care will be my full time job! I am able to stay the majority of the day at client's homes if needed, but may need to step out for an hour or two to get food and/or groceries for my stay. Feel free to discuss your pet's schedule with me, and we can figure out a plan that works for everyone! I always try to meet with the family before sitting or dropping-in so that I understand how any pets are used to their home feeling. I will follow all instructions left by the owners, and try to keep a loving and clean environment for the animals. I also try to be very communicative with owners about any questions or concerns, and will gladly provide daily pictures/videos of animals to the owners. I also love playing with animals and making sure they get enough activity so they can get some fresh air and love! Additionally, I am a pre-medical student and have many hours of emergency experience with basic life support (BLS) and have taken a veterinary BLS course. I know how to administer CPR and perform the Heimlich maneuver on cats and dogs. I also have experience administering injected medication and subcutaneous fluids to cats and dogs. (I do not have experience administering care to additional animals at this time.) I also look up the closest veterinary ER prior to a stay, and am prepared to drive any animals in case of an emergency.

About: I have taken care of dogs for over 10 years and have vast experience in walking, feeding, administering medications, etc. I even started volunteering at a pet store at the age of 8 and stayed there for many years! I’m working part time so I have quite a lot of time on my hands to give your pups the right amount of attention they need. I have a fenced in yard with a lot of grass that is very dog friendly. I also have two of the sweetest most playful doodles to keep your dog company!!

About: I've had both dogs and cats. My dog was an 80 pound malamute (the runt of her litter) that I used to walk around my neighborhood--though most of the dogs I have cared for have been much smaller. In the past, I have adopted cats from my friends and taken in a neighbor's cat. I have cared for the pets of my friends and neighbors for work, travel, and illness. I'm retired. I enjoy reading and gardening. I occasionally go out some evenings but otherwise I have plenty of time flexibility for pet sitting. To care for pets in a client's home, I would want to meet with the client and their pet before an assignment. This would be helpful to know the client's expectations and to get acquainted with and build trust with the pet(s). I own a home where I have cared for my friend's pets during emergencies.

About: I have had a dog from the time I was 12 until I was 22! I know how to take care of all ages, from puppies to our beloved senior doggies. I’m in search for my new study buddy to keep me company while I do my flash cards! I am currently in medical school, and my class schedule is predictable but flexible. With a low amount of required activities, I am available to spend more time with your babies! I usually study from home, which means we can both keep each-other company :) I have experience in dog sitting and house sitting.
