He usually has a rough time at boarders when he’s in a crate and won’t eat, drink etc. Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure my big guy was taken care of and comfortable. He went on walks, car rides and even had a heated mattress cover on him.he is worn out.i would use her again and advise anyone to use her. She will go above and beyond to make sure your pets are comfortable.”

“Andrew made our Bear feel welcome right away by playing with him and introducing him to his small dog, Lucky Bear. He had lots of room to play inside and was given regular walks. We’d definitely use him again for watching Bear.”

“Catherine is Fantastic and my cats loved her! Thank you Catherine for taking care of my babies! Your pets will be safe in her hands 🙏 Blessings and peace to you! Will definitely be requesting her services in the future! 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛❤️”

“Sarah is amazing!! She’s very kind, thorough, and responsive. She always kept us updated and charmed even our most suspicious feline. We have a kitty who needs medications and she always made sure to include an update about that which is super appreciated and comforted. She did exceptional care and we will definitely be requesting her care in the future for our fur babies.”

“She was very sweet to my baby kitty she went above and beyond and answered very quickly. Would definitely recommend and ask her to watch my cat again!!”

“We absolutely love having Addie over to spend time and care for Wilson! Every time we head out of town, we know he'll be in excellent hands with her.”

“Angelee was great! She is very communicative, she sent us photos and videos of Savannah while we were away. Savannah is not the easiest cat to get along with, and she might be moody when she’s alone. But Angelee took her time to establish a connection with Savannah, play with her favorite toys, and make sure she was cared for. Thank you so much, Angelee! ✨”

“Kara was wonderful! We had never left our cats alone for more than 2 days and were anxious about just having drop in visits for 4-5 days. She was communicative, thorough, and great with the cats. Even our shy cat came out of her shell for play time during visits which amazed me. I will absolutely be using her services again and would recommend her highly!”

“Sarah was awesome! Took great care of my cat, Professor Baby, and even put on his topical medication for me. Loved the pictures and updates she put on the Rover card.”

“Emelyn is a gift to our dog Henry. She is kind and provides him companionship when we are away. Emelyn is also a highly professional, experienced sitter with great attention to detail. We highly recommend her services for your pet's needs.”

“Julie was absolutely paws-down AMAZING! I have 8-month old kittens that were abandoned by their mum when they were about 5 weeks old so they're very shy around other humans. I was nervous about going leaving for 10 days (with no phone reception) thinking that even if a sitter came to look in on them, the kitties would hide and essentially get no interaction while I was gone. After reading a bunch of profiles, I found Julie and her experience gave me hope that she could be a good fit with some shy fur babies, but she ended up exceeding any expectations that I had! I appreciated that she came and met with us beforehand so that the kitties could get a feel for her and I was shocked to see that on the first day of her 30 minute visits, Julie was able to coax them all out of hiding for a photo! This literally does not happen with other people and I'm still convinced she is magic :) Also loved reading the report cards each day of the progress the kitties were making with her and how more and more comfortable they were becoming. It really was a testament to me of how good she is with animals! I came home to clean litterboxes, full water and food dishes, a stack of mail on my table, and 3 incredibly happy kitties that, truth be told, almost seemed disappointed it was me instead of Julie. It was as if I hadn't even been gone, which, for a first-timer like me, was a dream come true! So happy to have found Julie and to know there is someone that both me and my fur babies can trust for the next time I need to be out of town!”

“Kelli is amazing! My 2 cats can normally take a while to warm up to new people but they warmed up to her right away! So thankful she was able to watch my fur babies. Love that she sends pictures and videos throughout her booking! Will definitely be asking for her again:)”

“Katherine really helped me out by stepping in last minute to check on my kitten and was so easy to work with. She confirmed all the relevant details, asked good questions, played with my little guy during her visit and made sure everything was in good order before leaving. Can’t thank you enough, Katherine!!”

“jordan was such a big help this week when i had a last minute trip. she responded quickly and updated me with photos of my cats each time she left my house. by the looks of the pictures, my cats seemed to be very happy and comfortable with her there 😊 will definitely book with her again in the future!”

“Allison was great with our senior dogs, who required a little extra love. She sent us multiple updates and pictures throughout the day. The dogs enjoyed the playtime and cuddles. We will definitely be using Allison again!”

“Sara was amazing. I confidently and wholeheartedly trust Sara. I can not recommend her highly enough. I have two Persians. This was the first time I have ever been away from them overnight. One of my cats is extremely skittish around anyone but me. He warmed up to Sara almost instantly. She is truly gifted when it comes to connecting with cats. My skittish baby cat let her pet him, brush him, and clean his eyes. Sara exceeded my expectations. Persians are high maintenance and Sara stepped up to the call. Sara played with my cats, gave them treats, and posted some great pics of their time together. I couldn’t be a happier fur baby mama!! ♥️”

“Layla was very reliable in taking care of my puppy! She responded promptly and helped ease my stress with pictures and a sweet note during her drop in visit. My booking was rather last minute so I appreciate her responding quickly and helping me make sure Juni was taken care of.”

“First time leaving my dog with someone other than family and I couldn’t be happier. Great communication from the sitter beforehand and also text and a photo during my dog’s stay with them. Both these things help put my mind at ease. Highly recommend this sweet couple and will use them again when in their area!”

About: My family has had dogs since before I was born. We have had labs, mutts, pitbulls, and any other breed the humane society found for us. We are a family of foster fails, but have so much love for our furry found family. One of our pitbulls at home is a certified therapy dog thanks to countless hours my sister spent at trainings (and I happened to also attend because she needed a ride). I am also lucky enough to have a personal dog-trainer on call if needed, and I have had my fair share of experiences with giving dogs any medications they may need. I am excited to give your pet the love and attention they deserve while you get the time off that you deserve. I have dog-sat for puppy and senior St. Bernard’s as well as sheep dogs, little dogs, and every dog in-between. I am unemployed, so I have plenty of hours in the day to care for your furry friend. I just graduated college with a bachelors in Biology, and am taking a gap year before starting up vet school. When I am not pet-sitting, I am volunteering at Lexington humane society. So my schedule is flexible and I am more than happy to work around what you and your pet need. I have a fenced back yard that I like to let the dogs play in. I’ll usually take the dogs on a walk in the morning and then the evening. In between, if the dog is up to it, we’ll spend some time outside maybe throwing a ball or favorite toy. I usually ask that the owner gets a list together for their dog’s daily schedule, so I can keep the dog’s life as normal and comfortable as possible. The list I ask for usually includes what time meals are, when the dogs go out, how often you want them exercising, what meds are needed, how long you’ll need me, etc. It all just depends on what you as the owner are looking for.
“Emily and her pups were great! She was very welcoming and flexible with her time. She has an amazing fenced in yard. I felt very comfortable with her, and she was very patient and worked with my dog to get her settled. My doggie was very anxious, and Emily was very patient! Already have another booking with her for boarding!”

I have experience dog walking, feeding, playing with pets, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I understand how important routines are for pets, and I do my best to keep things consistent so they feel relaxed and happy. Im going to be a senior this year at Lexington Christian Academy and have a part time job at the Ymca. Im available during the week 4-10pm. I have a big fenced in yard with a small dog and cat. They are both very friendly towards people and pets. always put pets’ safety and comfort first. I carefully follow pet parents’ instructions and stick to each pet’s routine. Whether in my home or a client’s, I keep the environment calm, clean, and secure, and I closely supervise pets during walks and playtime. About: I’ve owned dogs and cats since I was a kid my family loves animals. I dog sit for family friends and have taken care of animals as veterinarian tech. I’m currently a student at UK and take a mix of online and short in person classes. My schedule is pretty relaxed as I don’t have classes everyday of the week. I live in a pet free and smoke free apartment and can easily crate your pet if needed.
About: After experiencing the tragic loss of my own cats due to a negligent pet sitter, I became deeply committed to providing the highest level of care for all animals. That experience taught me how vital it is to entrust pets to someone who not only understands their needs but treats them like family. I specialize in senior pet care, offering compassionate support for aging pets, including administering medications, managing health conditions, and providing gentle, tailored exercise routines. I also have experience training puppies, helping them develop good behaviors early on and ensuring they have the structure they need to thrive. My focus is always on building trust and creating a safe, loving environment for your pets, so they feel comfortable and secure when you're away. Above all, I aim to offer peace of mind to pet owners, knowing their animals are in caring, responsible hands. Available almost anytime in Lexington and surrounding areas contact in advance is recommended but we can take last-minute calls depending on the situation and what not. Also I work with you budget! I have a park near me and I do take my own dog to the dog park every chance I get via Lyft and plenty of toys for your fur babies!

I dog sit on the side because I love it! I am open to caring for the dog however the owner needs me to! I am willing to take them to a park, give meds, go on walks, etc.

About: Hi, I'm Brooke! I'm a recent UofL grad and love meeting new furry friends! I’ve been around animals my whole life, as I grew up with both cats and dogs, and began caring for neighbors’ pets at 10 years old. Since then, I’ve had years of experience with house sitting, daily walks, and drop-in visits for neighbors and family friends, often working through word of mouth and personal recommendations. I’ve worked as both a stay-in pet sitter and a weekly dog walker, and I love making sure they feel safe, loved, and well-cared for. I have experience caring for puppies, kittens, high-energy animals, and senior pets with special needs, and am comfortable adapting to a wide range of temperaments and energy levels. What sets me apart is my reliability, communication, and attention to care when it comes to treating animals with the patience, love, and respect they need.🩷 I am currently on my gap year between undergraduate and medical school, so pet care will be my full time job! I am able to stay the majority of the day at client's homes if needed, but may need to step out for an hour or two to get food and/or groceries for my stay. Feel free to discuss your pet's schedule with me, and we can figure out a plan that works for everyone! I always try to meet with the family before sitting or dropping-in so that I understand how any pets are used to their home feeling. I will follow all instructions left by the owners, and try to keep a loving and clean environment for the animals. I also try to be very communicative with owners about any questions or concerns, and will gladly provide daily pictures/videos of animals to the owners. I also love playing with animals and making sure they get enough activity so they can get some fresh air and love! Additionally, I am a pre-medical student and have many hours of emergency experience with basic life support (BLS) and have taken a veterinary BLS course. I know how to administer CPR and perform the Heimlich maneuver on cats and dogs. I also have experience administering injected medication and subcutaneous fluids to cats and dogs. (I do not have experience administering care to additional animals at this time.) I also look up the closest veterinary ER prior to a stay, and am prepared to drive any animals in case of an emergency.
“Kelli is great with Ranger. I can tell by the photos when she is with him that he is comfortable & at ease with her. We've already rebooked Kelli for another week of care this Fall.”

“This was my second time having Kath and Jordan watch Duncan and I have nothing but great things to say! He loves it there and they make him feel super comfortable being away from home. They do a great job with sending me photos so I know he’s doing well. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!”

“Jennifer was initially communicative, and took good care of our little Pomeranian while we went away. After being prompted, she did send some sweet photos, which was nice. We were pleased with our decision to choose her as our sitter!”

About: I have always had dogs and loved them! I have pet sat anything from dogs to donkeys. I am ok with potty training, as I taught my own puppy!! short drop ins, long hours, overnight, I’ll do it all. I would love to help out your family💙 I have a very flexible schedule with class, and am available during the workday (and overnight)!! I can drop in to let the pooch out, or stay and let them get some energy out:) I am a great rule follower! If you have special instructions I will be sure to follow them closely. With having years and years of experience not only pet sitting, but fostering, and even owning my own dog, I can problem solve lots of the time aswell!!
About: When I was around four, I started to go across the street and cat-sit for this empty-nest couple. They were older, and so they wanted to travel more. The lady owned two cats, a Birman and an Oriental Shorthair. The lady used to take them to cat shows, and they were her most prized possession. They had grandkids to see and wanted to explore as many different countries as they could. They used to say, "Maggie, you are so convenient, and I am glad that you are here so we can leave and do things that we love more often." My mom never once told me to go and do my job. I woke up and was ready to go see Bootsy and Bella. They moved when I was 16, and I was their sitter until the day they left. I realized that for people to do the things they loved, they needed an easy, stress-free, and affordable sitter for their animals. Anyway, I started a show kennel for my Italian Greyhounds because of her, and now this is my full-time gig. I run a full-time boarding and daycare facility at my house. I am open for boarding and daycare 7 days a week. I own show dogs, and so I am home training and working on my websites while the dogs have multiple areas and an outdoor fenced area to play. I work on my computer for 3-5 hours a day and play with and walk the dogs while I rotate in between that. I take lots of pictures during the day and have an instagram that I post them on. The dogs rotate among the kitchen, the basement, and the outdoor enclosure. All dogs have access to water 24/7. The outdoor enclosure has a roof, and I run a fan when it is hot, in accordance with USDA guidelines. If the weather is bad, I walk the dogs or just let them play together in the basement or kitchen.
“Accommodated me on short notice. Nathan has strong attentiveness. Inquired about my preferences and if I had specific requests like wanting photos / my pups schedule in order to provide optimal care to him during their time together.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, and have taken care of them for as long as I can remember. Throughout my childhood I’ve had dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, parrots and fish in all stages of life. I’ve learned to cater to every need because of this, as every pet needs something specific to their age, size and personality. I can handle pets of all sizes and energy levels, and will treat each just as I would one of my own. I’m a full-time college student home for Summer break, and I have a very open schedule that I would love to fill surrounded by fur babies. I’d like to make pet sitting my full-time job for the season, so I have lots of flexibility and availability. I have a large fully fenced in back yard and live in close proximity to a dog park. I currently have one of my own super friendly dogs at home, and I have plenty of space to welcome yours, and/or separate them comfortably if needed for whatever reason.

“My two dogs loved staying at Kathryn’s house for a long weekend. Kathryn sent pictures and updates each day and I can tell they felt right at home. They seemed to absolutely loved her large, fenced yard- the pictures of them playing outside were great. We will definitely be booking with her again for our next trip!”

“I know that Louie will be cared for when I leave him with Amber. I can tell he feels at home with Amber by the way he warms up to her quickly and how happy he is when I pick him up :)”
