About: I’ve loved and cared for animals my whole life, first with pets growing up, and now as a proud dog mom who works from home full time. That means I can give your pet real attention, not just a quick pop in. I have an anxious dog of my own, so I completely understand how much pets thrive on routine, familiar surroundings, and a calm presence. It’s why I believe in caring for pets in their own space and decided to join Rover. I’ll never rush your pet or force interaction and let them warm up at their own pace. I also have years of experience with the senior dogs in my family, so I’m comfortable with slower walks, medications, and the extra gentleness older pets deserve. I offer drop in visits, dog walking, and overnight house sitting. When I stay overnight, my own dog stays home with my partner so your pet gets my full, undivided attention. My flexible schedule means I can keep your pet’s routine exactly as they know it, with plenty of photo updates along the way! I work from home with a fully flexible schedule, so pet care fits naturally into my day. I can do morning, midday, or evening drop ins and walks, and I’m available for overnight house sitting with plenty of notice or even short notice when my calendar allows. Your pet’s routine stays exactly as they know it. I follow your instructions to the letter: feeding schedules, medications, walking routes, and household rules. I always keep dogs leashed outdoors unless you have a secure fenced yard, double check doors and gates, and send regular photo updates so you have total peace of mind while you’re away :)

About: When I was around four, I started to go across the street and cat-sit for this empty-nest couple. They were older, and so they wanted to travel more. The lady owned two cats, a Birman and an Oriental Shorthair. The lady used to take them to cat shows, and they were her most prized possession. They had grandkids to see and wanted to explore as many different countries as they could. They used to say, "Maggie, you are so convenient, and I am glad that you are here so we can leave and do things that we love more often." My mom never once told me to go and do my job. I woke up and was ready to go see Bootsy and Bella. They moved when I was 16, and I was their sitter until the day they left. I realized that for people to do the things they loved, they needed an easy, stress-free, and affordable sitter for their animals. Anyway, I started a show kennel for my Italian Greyhounds because of her, and now this is my full-time gig. I run a full-time boarding and daycare facility at my house. I am open for boarding and daycare 7 days a week. I own show dogs, and so I am home training and working on my websites while the dogs have multiple areas and an outdoor fenced area to play. I work on my computer for 3-5 hours a day and play with and walk the dogs while I rotate in between that. I take lots of pictures during the day and have an instagram that I post them on. The dogs rotate among the kitchen, the basement, and the outdoor enclosure. All dogs have access to water 24/7. The outdoor enclosure has a roof, and I run a fan when it is hot, in accordance with USDA guidelines. If the weather is bad, I walk the dogs or just let them play together in the basement or kitchen.

About: I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician, worked with small animals and now do mostly large animals. I have grown up with dogs my entire life. I love your pets and would love to help !! I currently work for Lexington Equine Medical and it is becoming our off season, so I am starting to free up in the afternoons! I can come whenever I am off and communicate that with you and do whatever is needed for you and your pet ! I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life , and that really persuaded me to be the Licensed Vet tech I am today. I love being around animals and I care deeply for them no matter to what extent ! I also can’t have a dog where i am living now so kind of get the best of both worlds getting to bond with your pet :)

About: I am very responsible and careful and I also adore pets and I love taking care of them. I am very well educated on pet care and behavior, as it is a topic that I care about a lot. I have had a large dog for around 5 years and have trained and taken care of him since he was about 3 months old. I have a lot of experience with anxious pups. I have a very flexible schedule as I am a college student on summer break, so I have plenty of time that I would love to give to your pets! I will do my best to give your pets the care they need at any time. Safety is my first priority and I will take all precautions necessary in order to keep your animals and home secure and healthy.

About: I’ve had pets for most of my life. I’ve had a cat for the last 8 years and I have had a dog for almost 2 years. I have experience giving cats and dogs medication as well as cleaning up after them. I love using Rover and wanted to return the favor. I work full time but I work from home two days a week and I’m available most weekends. I also tend to be available during some holidays. I have a puppy who loves new friends and is good with every dog he has met so far. I have a park right behind my house so it is easy to give your dog some exercise. If I’m in your home I’ll be sure to stick to your rules.

About: I have had a dog from the time I was 12 until I was 22! I know how to take care of all ages, from puppies to our beloved senior doggies. I’m in search for my new study buddy to keep me company while I do my flash cards! I am currently in medical school, and my class schedule is predictable but flexible. With a low amount of required activities, I am available to spend more time with your babies! I usually study from home, which means we can both keep each-other company :) I have experience in dog sitting and house sitting. I will be more than happy to spend as much time as possible in your home so that your pets stay on as normal of a routine as possible. I care for pets like I care for my patients- with love, responsibility, and devotion!

About: I am pretty flexible around my work schedule with caring for dogs, I can find a way to make sure your dogs are a top priority in my daily schedule. Since my work schedule does range, I will keep my availability updated. I have always taken care of my own dogs and other people’s almost my whole life since I was a preteen. I absolutely adore getting to know other dogs and giving/receiving love from them. I’ve been training with dogs since I was 11 years old in basic manners, tricks, and agility, so I am experienced in training puppies and younger dogs. I am always up for learning more about other dogs and their personalities as well. They are such intriguing and beautiful animals. I make sure to walk dogs before and after work. Dog park a few times a week. (If that’s in their routine) And lots of cuddle time! Brushing and brushing teeth are weekly tasks normally. I ask for the pets’ normal routine. This way, it is less stressful on them that their routine doesn’t change as much with their person/people gone.

About: I’ve causally pet sit for my friends plenty of times and I am very comfortable taking care of dogs. I would love to be your pets bestie:) Right as of this moment I’m working part time so most of my shifts are 5hrs. Either 10-3 or 3-8pm. I will try to spend as much time as possible with your pet. I’m going to make sure they get some exercise in before I head off to work. I offer lots of cuddles and play ! I will make sure to keep your pet’s routine intact. I’m available to house sit if needed.
