“Julie is the best. She took very good care of our senior dogs, particularly when one was very ill. She understands dog behavior and how to deal with various dog personalities, which is comforting when you are leaving your loved ones with others. My dog gets very excited when she arrives. She had a big heart, and I could not recommend her more.”

“Kelli is great with Ranger. I can tell by the photos when she is with him that he is comfortable & at ease with her. We've already rebooked Kelli for another week of care this Fall.”

“Rhianna has shown our newly rescued beagle so much love and patience as he’s 5 years old and has just been learning to walk on a leash since February. He’s always so excited to see her and while we only needed temporary help due to my illness, we are thankful to have found her on Rover. Hopefully we won’t need more help in the future, but it’s great to know Rhianna is available through Rover. I highly recommend this professional and caring dog walker.”

“Haley really did me a solid when she let me know that Ryleigh wasn't feeling good. She took the time to find her meds and give them to her. Truly appreciated that.”

“Leslie was wonderful. She made sure our dog, anxious from moving to a new place, was comfortable and relaxed and gave her all the love and pets. She also gave great updates about each visit. Will book 100xs over!”

“Exceptional Dog Walker Mary has been walking my two dogs (a chocolate lab and a bloodhound) every day and has been an absolute lifesaver. Here’s why she’s great: · Dependable: She is on time and reliable. · Caring & Attentive: She genuinely loves my dogs and pays close attention to their needs and behavior. · Excellent Communication: After every walk, she takes the time to tell me how they did and shares any details. · Handles Large Breeds: She is confident and wonderful with my big, sometimes stubborn, bloodhound and energetic lab. “Lucy does a great job!! She’s taken my dog for multiple walks. Always sends the cutest photos! Does a great job with communication and always remembers to lock up when she leaves. Highly recommend!”

“Taylor has been taking care of our brand new Coonhound, and she has been so patient and easygoing with our sweet pup who's kinda anxious and settling in. She came over every day this week and we booked her again for the upcoming week! And as a new dog owner, I especially appreciate that she texts me regularly and keeps me updated about how Buster Posey is when she gets there and how did he on his walks.”
About: When I was around four, I started to go across the street and cat-sit for this empty-nest couple. They were older, and so they wanted to travel more. The lady owned two cats, a Birman and an Oriental Shorthair. The lady used to take them to cat shows, and they were her most prized possession. They had grandkids to see and wanted to explore as many different countries as they could. They used to say, "Maggie, you are so convenient, and I am glad that you are here so we can leave and do things that we love more often." My mom never once told me to go and do my job. I woke up and was ready to go see Bootsy and Bella. They moved when I was 16, and I was their sitter until the day they left. I realized that for people to do the things they loved, they needed an easy, stress-free, and affordable sitter for their animals. Anyway, I started a show kennel for my Italian Greyhounds because of her, and now this is my full-time gig. I run a full-time boarding and daycare facility at my house. I am open for boarding and daycare 7 days a week. I own show dogs, and so I am home training and working on my websites while the dogs have multiple areas and an outdoor fenced area to play. I work on my computer for 3-5 hours a day and play with and walk the dogs while I rotate in between that. I take lots of pictures during the day and have an instagram that I post them on. The dogs rotate among the kitchen, the basement, and the outdoor enclosure. All dogs have access to water 24/7. The outdoor enclosure has a roof, and I run a fan when it is hot, in accordance with USDA guidelines. If the weather is bad, I walk the dogs or just let them play together in the basement or kitchen.
About: I’ve always had a love for all animals it doesn’t matter what animal they are. When I was 13 I was put in foster care and my first home was at a horse farm and I absolutely loved it grooming, feeding, and riding the horses. My chores were to walk the dogs, feed the dogs, bath the dogs, and also groom the dogs. I love and enjoy the company of my furry friends. All animals are welcome to stay with me and get the same love and care that they get at home. I’m also willing to travel however far away you are. I also really like it if I have a list of routines that your animal does so I can keep them on schedule. If you have one.
About: Hi pet parents! I have had dogs in my home since I was 7 years old and have learned how to take care of them, train them, and love them! I have also been around cats and other animals and love them just as much! Needless to say, I have a lot of experience taking care of animals and can’t wait to meet your fur babies :) I also understand that each animal is unique and has unique requirements. Your pet is my number one priority at all times and I will spend all of my free time with them! During the summer, I work Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-4pm, so on those days, I am only available after 5pm ish for drop ins and walks! I work in events, so sometimes this can differ. At a clients home, I will make sure to follow whatever rules and tasks are set up for me and make sure your fur baby gets a ton of love!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Southeastern Hills
During a medical crisis we have found Rhianna to help with our newly rescued 5 year old beagle. Barney loves her and loves the long sniffaris at the dog park and she’s been very attentive to his needs since the initial meet and greet! Just super happy to have her making our boy happy during a difficult time. Highly recommended but please don’t take Barney’s preferred time slots lol
