About: I've had both dogs and cats. My dog was an 80 pound malamute (the runt of her litter) that I used to walk around my neighborhood--though most of the dogs I have cared for have been much smaller. In the past, I have adopted cats from my friends and taken in a neighbor's cat. I have cared for the pets of my friends and neighbors for work, travel, and illness. I'm retired. I enjoy reading and gardening. I occasionally go out some evenings but otherwise I have plenty of time flexibility for pet sitting. To care for pets in a client's home, I would want to meet with the client and their pet before an assignment. This would be helpful to know the client's expectations and to get acquainted with and build trust with the pet(s). I own a home where I have cared for my friend's pets during emergencies.

About: I have always had pets my whole life, cats and dogs especially, I know they have odd habits and require certain things to make them as comfortable and cared for. I also volunteer at 4 Paws which is a volunteering place to play and take care of dogs that are being prepared to help kids with disabilities. My dog that passed away in March only had one eye so I also know how to take care of animals that have a little bit more trouble. I currently have a part-time job, so this will allow me to spend plenty of time with your pup! I also only work from 3-5 hours per day and do not work everyday, making it perfect to help out and take care of you dog! I just got a 6 month old puppy, I am leash, crate, and manner training her. I am comfortable following instructions from the pets owner on how they want me to care for their dog.

I have also been around cats and other animals and love them just as much! I work Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm, so on those days, I am only available before 7:30am & after 5pm ish for drop ins and walks! I work in events, so sometimes this can differ. About: I’ve causally pet sit for my friends plenty of times and I am very comfortable taking care of dogs. I would love to be your pets bestie:) Right as of this moment I’m working part time so most of my shifts are 5hrs. Either 10-3 or 3-8pm. I will try to spend as much time as possible with your pet. About: When I was around four, I started to go across the street and cat-sit for this empty-nest couple. They were older, and so they wanted to travel more. The lady owned two cats, a Birman and an Oriental Shorthair. The lady used to take them to cat shows, and they were her most prized possession. They had grandkids to see and wanted to explore as many different countries as they could. They used to say, "Maggie, you are so convenient, and I am glad that you are here so we can leave and do things that we love more often." My mom never once told me to go and do my job. I woke up and was ready to go see Bootsy and Bella. They moved when I was 16, and I was their sitter until the day they left. I realized that for people to do the things they loved, they needed an easy, stress-free, and affordable sitter for their animals. Anyway, I started a show kennel for my Italian Greyhounds because of her, and now this is my full-time gig. I run a full-time boarding and daycare facility at my house. I am open for boarding and daycare 7 days a week. I own show dogs, and so I am home training and working on my websites while the dogs have multiple areas and an outdoor fenced area to play. I work on my computer for 3-5 hours a day and play with and walk the dogs while I rotate in between that. I take lots of pictures during the day and have an instagram that I post them on. The dogs rotate among the kitchen, the basement, and the outdoor enclosure. All dogs have access to water 24/7. The outdoor enclosure has a roof, and I run a fan when it is hot, in accordance with USDA guidelines. If the weather is bad, I walk the dogs or just let them play together in the basement or kitchen.
