“Sarah was awesome. My cat is not a people person, but she actually let Sarah see her a few times! Sarah was reliable, patient, conscientious, and left thorough and wonderful notes! I’ll definitely call on her again!”

“Kelli was phenomenal!! She really went the extra mile for my fur babies. She sent plenty of pictures and detailed updates, and my cats loved her. They don’t come out and greet just anyone, but they came out to see her every time she was here. While I was out of the country on vacation, my power went out and Kelli did everything she could to help me get that resolved. It means a lot to know that not only were my cats taken care of and happy, but I could truly rely on Kelli while I was away! I will definitely book with her again :)”

“Ariel did a fantastic job with our pups! She responded quickly, asked great questions and followed instructions as requested. Our pups were so happy and it was so easy to work with Ariel, we will definitely be using her again.”

“Haley is a great cat sitter—reliable, caring, and attentive. We appreciated the updates and came home to happy, well-cared-for cats. Highly recommend!”

“Addie was wonderful and my doggies both loved her! She took a ton of pictures while she was here & I could clearly see the pups were walked and played with during her time at the house. I will definitely be booking again!”

“My cats and I highly recommend Julie! She gives great updates and attention to my pets. I know I don’t have to be worried at all about them when I am out of town. Will definitely rebook with her next time I am out of town.”

“Mary was a wonderful sitter, she allowed us to have an stress-free vacation & we are truly thankful. She was communicative, friendly, and provided us nice updates on our kitties. Hope to use Mary again in the future for our vacation needs”

“Rhianna has been doing drop-in visits for our 3-month old puppy and it's been great! She always responds quickly, comes on time, and plays a lot with our energetic fur baby. From the pictures she sends us, it is clear that our puppy is having a great time and and loves to play with her. We appreciate her very much!”

“Lindsey took good care of our cats with drop-in visits while we were away! I could see from photos that my rather skittish cats were comfortable around her, which set my mind at ease. I will definitely hire her again!”

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals my whole life, first with pets growing up, and now as a proud dog mom who works from home full time. That means I can give your pet real attention, not just a quick pop in. I have an anxious dog of my own, so I completely understand how much pets thrive on routine, familiar surroundings, and a calm presence. It’s why I believe in caring for pets in their own space and decided to join Rover. I’ll never rush your pet or force interaction and let them warm up at their own pace. I also have years of experience with the senior dogs in my family, so I’m comfortable with slower walks, medications, and the extra gentleness older pets deserve. I offer drop in visits, dog walking, and overnight house sitting. When I stay overnight, my own dog stays home with my partner so your pet gets my full, undivided attention. My flexible schedule means I can keep your pet’s routine exactly as they know it, with plenty of photo updates along the way! I work from home with a fully flexible schedule, so pet care fits naturally into my day. I can do morning, midday, or evening drop ins and walks, and I’m available for overnight house sitting with plenty of notice or even short notice when my calendar allows. Your pet’s routine stays exactly as they know it. I care for pets in their own home, where they feel safest and most comfortable, especially anxious or senior pets who do best with familiar surroundings and routines. I follow your instructions to the letter: feeding schedules, medications, walking routes, and household rules. I always keep dogs leashed outdoors unless you have a secure fenced yard, double check doors and gates, and send regular photo updates so you have total peace of mind while you’re away :)

About: When I was around four, I started to go across the street and cat-sit for this empty-nest couple. They were older, and so they wanted to travel more. The lady owned two cats, a Birman and an Oriental Shorthair. The lady used to take them to cat shows, and they were her most prized possession. They had grandkids to see and wanted to explore as many different countries as they could. They used to say, "Maggie, you are so convenient, and I am glad that you are here so we can leave and do things that we love more often." My mom never once told me to go and do my job. I woke up and was ready to go see Bootsy and Bella. They moved when I was 16, and I was their sitter until the day they left. I realized that for people to do the things they loved, they needed an easy, stress-free, and affordable sitter for their animals. Anyway, I started a show kennel for my Italian Greyhounds because of her, and now this is my full-time gig. I run a full-time boarding and daycare facility at my house. I am open for boarding and daycare 7 days a week. I own show dogs, and so I am home training and working on my websites while the dogs have multiple areas and an outdoor fenced area to play. I work on my computer for 3-5 hours a day and play with and walk the dogs while I rotate in between that. I take lots of pictures during the day and have an instagram that I post them on. The dogs rotate among the kitchen, the basement, and the outdoor enclosure. All dogs have access to water 24/7. The outdoor enclosure has a roof, and I run a fan when it is hot, in accordance with USDA guidelines. If the weather is bad, I walk the dogs or just let them play together in the basement or kitchen.
About: My husband and I are experienced pet lovers who would be honored to care for your best friend! We are experienced with dogs, cats, senior dogs, and puppies. Our beloved beagle, Huckleberry, passed away earlier this year - and spent the final years of his life battling a variety of diseases, so we know how stressful it can be finding a sitter you feel confident leaving your fur baby with when their "instruction manual" has grown in size. We have experience with special needs, strict diets, oral medications, SQ fluids, and much more. We treat dogs like human members of the family here, and rest assured we will get them the absolute best care. They deserve it! I work from home, so I am home almost always. My husband is a nurse, and though humans are his expertise, those skills can come in handy! Our home has a fenced in yard for roaming, no kids and no other pets at this time. We have plenty of couches, beds, bean bags, etc. for your dog to relax and unwind. We prefer to take one dog at a time, unless they are from the same family/already know each other. We will follow your dog's instructions thoroughly and keep them on their regular routine. We will be sure to send updates and plenty of photos. Our goal is your peace of mind! I work from home, so rest assured I will be with your pet almost always. I have plenty of time for walks and breaks outside, and will have an eye on your dog all day while I work. We have a fenced in yard and plenty of space in our home. Your pet will get all the attention - we do not have any other pets or children. We will follow your pet's routine - whether that's snuggling in bed with us every night or sleeping in their crate.

Layla was very reliable in taking care of my puppy! She responded promptly and helped ease my stress with pictures and a sweet note during her drop in visit. My booking was rather last minute so I appreciate her responding quickly and helping me make sure Juni was taken care of.

Addie was amazing with my puppy! I work night shift an hour+ away and it’s always a struggle finding a sitter available to do drop in visits so late. I recently had a bad experience with a sitter falsifying care (I have a pet cam) and I was stressed I wasn’t going to be able to find anyone to check on her because of my schedule. Addie exceeded all of my expectations! She gave Maple so much attention, care, playtime, and affection! She was on time, she communicated well, and she was extremely accommodating to my little requests (like making sure my tv didn’t auto shut off so she could have background noise, or giving her a frozen pupsicle treat before leaving). She sent a ton of pictures of their time together and my girl looked so happy! She even won the heart of my cat, who is normally shy around new people. 10/10 experience! Thank you so much, Addie!

Emelyn has been absolutely wonderful. Reliable, communicative, and clearly loves what she does, she always takes such great care of our dog. We come home to a happy, well-exercised pup every time. It’s such a comfort knowing our dog is in such capable and caring hands—highly recommend!
Rhianna has been doing drop-in visits for our 3-month old puppy and it's been great! She always responds quickly, comes on time, and plays a lot with our energetic fur baby. From the pictures she sends us, it is clear that our puppy is having a great time and and loves to play with her. We appreciate her very much!

Brookelynn was easily the best sitter, my doggos have had. She was extremely attentive, caring, and tended to their needs ten fold! One of my dogs is very anxious, and she handled her with so much grace, and found ways to calm her down. I’ll 100% book Brookelynn again.
