We’re new to Rover and have already had wonderful experiences with Erin. Before booking, she willingly came to our home to meet our playful, 3-year-old German Shepherd, Burt Macklin. He took right to her and we also quickly felt comfortable with her, enough to move forward with trusting someone we didn’t know into our home and to take our furbaby out on walks while we’re at work. Erin is communicative, quick to respond, has helped me through the Rover app which I haven’t quite figured out yet, and already a BFF of Burt’s! Recommend 10/10!
