About: I have worked for a kennel , here in Versailles for 10 years. During that time I’ve learned how to give meditation and prepare meals. I believe treating your babies like my babies. My past job experience pet care was my life for 8 hours a day. At the moment pet care dose not fit, unfortunately but I am hoping to get back into the field I love. I do not certainly have any pets of my own however when I did I loved them and cared for them like part of the family.

About: I've helped take care of dogs for friends and family since I graduated from college in 2016. I'm a thoroughbred jockey currently off riding due to injury, and apprenticing to become a dog trainer. I have multiple friends that train dogs professionally, my personal dog sees multiple trainers regularly, and I learn new things every day. From obedience to behavior to nutrition, I value all of the practical use, knowledge, and love I can apply to any dog I get the opportunity to work with! I'm a thoroughbred jockey currently off riding due to injury. I have a lot of free time now, and I've started to fill it by gaining as much knowledge and practice in professional pet and sport training for dogs and cats. Rover is a way I may be able to help out my community by applying everything I'm learning for pets and people that need someone that cares about their animals the way I've cared about animals my whole life. At home, I have two lovely house cats and one rambunctious puppy. My cats like their space and will ask for love when they want it. My puppy needs structure in his day to balance activity, learning, enrichment, and rest. I am more than comfortable providing the kind of care any client wants for their furry family members. Whether that's daily enrichment, getting out in the world, or learning an off switch at home. I'm familiar with excited jumping on guests and earning trust from nervous or shy animals. I have Ruffland crash tested kennels in my car and can provide enrichment and new adventures if requested! If you don't have a fenced area around your home, and you are comfortable with it, I do have 20ft long lines I can use so the dogs get a chance to be outside to play and do their business while also ensuring their safety. I've always been an animal lover, and now that I have free time in my life, I want to provide knowledge and time for other animals and their humans that need a helping hand.

About: I grew up with dogs and I love being around them and giving them the attention they deserve. I'm really active and love going for walks so having a dog companion would make it more enjoyable. Right now I have really good availability because I want to hopefully become a firefighter but I have to wait for the next academy. I'm a very caring and understanding person and it seems that my energy relates to dogs well because everywhere I go dogs seem to like me. I feel comfortable around dogs and love playing with them. Since I grew up with dogs I understand the importance it is for them to have a great experience when there owner is gone. Looking forward to meeting your dog. I’m currently workin part time so I will have plenty of time to play and walk your pupps. I love being outside so helping people out by giving there dogs the proper exercise and attention they need. I love dogs so I will treat them like they are family. I will follow your instructions to a tee so if in your home they have a place they sleep I’ll make sure to put them in the right spot and have all there needs covered.

About: Hi, I'm Tammy. I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a very young girl. While you're away, your fur babies will be treated as special as if they were my very own. I will provide lots and lots of snuggles, relaxation, and play time. I'm a retired state government employee, and I'm available to be your fur baby's faithful companion while you're away. I absolutely love animals, but I don't have any pets of my own, so I look very forward to showering your pets with attention and affection. I can't wait to meet you and them! I will keep your fur babies safe, happy and active. If your fur babies aren't active that's perfectly ok, too...they can lounge around and relax, watch TV, or listen to music. At night, your doggies can sleep with me if that's what they're used to, they can be crated, or sleep on their doggie bed. I want them to feel as comfortable as possible while you're away. I will send you photos and/or messages throughout the day to keep you updated and reassured as often as you prefer.

I do contract work so my schedule is flexible most of the time. Generally up late so don't mind odd hours. Also available for early mornings as well, schedule can usually made to accommodate. About: What sets me apart is that pet care has always been personal for me, not just a job. I grew up caring for cats and dogs, and some of my favorite childhood memories come from that. I've since fostered puppies and kittens through the humane society and pet sat for friends, family, and their friends' cats and dogs over the years. One example that stands out: I spent three years as the regular go-to sitter for a family's cats whenever they traveled, handling feeding, litter box duty, and plenty of love and attention. I also bring hands-on senior pet care experience: my own dog needed medication, pumpkin mixed into her food, and extra attentiveness in her later years, and I'm also comfortable with things like flea and heartworm treatment. With fostered kittens and puppies, I've helped with soft food feedings and socializing them to be comfortable around people. I recently started working remotely, which makes pet care easy to fit into my day. My schedule is flexible enough for morning and evening walks, plus midday walks or feeds whenever needed. And because I can be home most of the day, your pet gets consistent love and company, not just quick check-ins. I treat your home the way I'd want mine treated: with respect, care, and attention to detail. Between 15 years of pet care experience and 5 years of housesitting, I'm used to following careful instructions; not just for your pet's routine, but for your home too. I know I'm a guest, so I prioritize keeping things tidy and organized. On a recent 10-day stay caring for two cats, that meant watering the plants, bringing in the mail daily, and vacuuming up fur to keep the home as clean as I found it. I've sat in all kinds of spaces (rural, city, apartments, houses), so I can adapt easily to whatever your home looks like, and my goal is always to keep your pet comfortable in the space they already know.
