About: *All earnings are going toward my senior cat’s mammary tumor surgery, thank you for your support during this time* I have hands-on experience administering both oral and injectable medications, and as the owner of a senior cat, I’m especially aware of the subtle signs that may indicate a pet is feeling unwell or in need of veterinary care. I provide attentive and compassionate care, including feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, brushing, and engaging your pet with play and affection. If your pet is shy or uncomfortable around new people, I will respect their space and let them set the pace of interaction. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment that works well for both you and your pet. I’m also happy to help with additional household tasks, such as watering plants, cleaning up minor messes, or bringing in the mail. I am currently available anytime Monday through Friday and weekends to maintain the routine you have with your pets. Any changes to my schedule will be noted in my calendar. When I’ve pet-sat in the past, my routine typically begins with feeding the cat their wet food (if requested), checking and refreshing water and dry food bowls, and cleaning the litter box. When it comes to dogs, I will immediately bring them outside to go potty. Then proceed to feeding (if requested) and refreshing water. Once those essentials are taken care of, I’m happy to handle additional tasks such as watering plants, washing any dishes I’ve used, or taking out the trash. I always make time to interact with your pet - whether that means playing, petting, or simply keeping them company if they’re in the mood. You can also expect photo updates during each visit so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away.

“Terry was fabulous for her walk with Atlas! She arrived promptly at the scheduled walk time, and provided a detailed write-up with lots of photos to capture her visit, which included not just the neighborhood walk, but also play time in the backyard, pets, and practice of Atlas's "commands"! We are looking forward to having Terry come stay with Atlas during an upcoming trip, as it's abundantly clear that she takes great pride in the pet care she provides!”

“Sara is amazing to work with! When my dad’s standard poodle was moving in to live with him at an assisted living facility, we needed someone we could trust with a sometimes stubborn pup! It didn’t take Viola long to warm up to Sara! Sara’s updates are great and informative. We look forward to having Sara care for our pups when we leave town for vacation. Thanks so much, Sara!”

About: New to Rover but not to pet sitting! My family has had dogs my whole life. As the oldest child in my household, I was responsible for all the little guys. Now I have an adorable, sassy cat at home who is a constant reminder of respectful boundaries and unconditional love. I’ve been a contact for family and friends when they need someone to watch or check in with their fur babies. I always want to make sure you and your pet are comfortable around me. I would be honored to care for your best friend. Don't hesitate to ask any questions regarding my services and we’ll see if I’m a good fit for you. I am currently in between jobs so I have a wide range of availability! In the future, I expect to be working part to full time during normal workweek hours 9-5, so would have more availability in early mornings and evenings. I have a fenced in yard and am nearby many dog-friendly trails. To stay at my home, your dog must be comfortable with cats, potty trained, and overall well-behaved. My cat has not had experience with other cats in our home so that is not something I am comfortable with. Around your home, I am happy to stick to whatever practices and routines are familiar and comfortable for your pet.

“Loki and Sammy absolutely love Willem, they get so excited when he comes and even look out the window for him on the days he comes! Willem walks them both weekly and he’s worked with Loki for quite some time, there has been an immense improvement in Loki’s loose leash walking and listening to commands. Sammy also has begun to pay attention during walks. I highly recommend Willem, he is awesome with dogs!”
