This was my first time using Rover and I was a bit anxious how it would go and giving a stranger access to our home. Especially because one of our 2 cats has kidney disease kitty and needs fluid injections every 2 days. But Sarah was absolutely lovely and awesome. You can see that she loved our two kitties, and it looks like everything went really well with our kidney patient. I got pictures and videos every day and they both warmed up easily to Sarah. My cat, Isak, has complicated feeding requirements that she has carried out with accuracy and ease. Isak likes her too. Not always easy with this very particular cat.
Robyn did dropins for our cat while we were away for the holidays. Before the booking started our cat had to go on a new medication and Robyn was great at trying different things to get her to take her medicine. Robyn was very communicative and we came home to a happy cat.
I think I have already left a review, but leaving another!! I would give 6 stars if possible. Allie is great with my 3 cats and their 3 differing personalities, she is also very considerate and always happy to help if plans change or extra help is needed. Not to mention I'm pretty sure she could take on a full time career as pet photographer her pics are that good (but I dont suggest that because then I would lose her as a sitter and would be devastated haha).
