About: I’ve had my own pets in the past and I love all sorts of pets! It brings me serotonin to be with my furry friends! I’ve pet sat for my neighbors, friends, and family members! I will be working full time later this year and wanted to try out this fun side hustle to make extra cash and bring my serotonin levels up! My house has a big yard area! There’s a couple of parks nearby that are also perfect and I have a variety of pet snacks and toys!

About: I have dogs of my own that I take on daily walks. I have two husky’s (11 and 6 yrs) and a pitbull I had for 13.5 yrs (she crossed the rainbow bridge). I enjoy going out for walks because I know it’s a dogs favorite time of the day. I’ve taken my friends and family’s dogs on walks while they’ve been out of town. I’m looking to walk dogs in the evening when I go for my afternoon walks around the neighborhood. There are times where I may have availability during the day as well. I’m flexible and will do my best to fit you into my schedule. I love dogs and I treat all dog as if they are my own. I’ll make sure to make them feel comfortable with me and give them the attention they need.

About: Lifelong pet lover & rescue dog mom! My affection for animals began at a young age. There were always dogs and cats in my home. As an adult, I have always had a dog I have provided dog walks, drop-in visits, and in-home care for family, friends, and private clients’ pets for decades. I'm comfortable with shy dogs, rescues, and seniors that need a little extra TLC. My priority is to make your furry family member feel safe, happy, and loved. I provide walks and drop-in visits between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m daily. For requests outside of my regular hours, additional fees may apply. Same-day appointments may be available. I follow your instructions to keep your pet’s routine consistent and stress-free. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or medications, I provide attentive and individualized care.
About: I was the primary caregiver of my late maltese, Papi, for 10 years after we rescued him. He had a lot of health issues and I am very comfortable with medication distribution and senior care. He also had anxiety so I am sensitive to that. Since his passing, I regularly care for my sister’s pitbull. I also helped raise my other sister’s two puppies and taught them how to socialise at the dog park! I love hiking with dogs, playing fetch, and cuddling up on the couch! I currently work Tuesdays through Thursdays. This means that for Friday through Mondays I am home all day! I have a great nature trail near my house where I like to walk and would be happy to bring your fur baby with me! I have no pets and live with my father who also loves dogs! We have a big fenced in backyard and I am comfortable with letting dogs sleep in bed with me. Happy to crate as well.

Rae is truly amazing! I always struggle to leave my babies with someone whom I don’t know but Rae made that so easy. She was so patient with our cats, not only gave them food but also played and spend additional time with the cats. That really demonstrates that Rae adores pets. As in the past, Cathy has given our cats everything they could ask for while we were away -- they're happy, well-fed, kept clean and petted -- and we appreciate the suggestions she has (she knows a lot about cats!) and the pictures she sends each day. She has done a wonderful job each time she's sat for Cleo and Sammie!
Melody did a wonderful job with our cat Isabel for a week while we were gone! Even though Isabel was a little suspicious at first, Melody was patient with her and won her over. Melody was also super professional, communicative, and responsive throughout our entire booking. We'll definitely keep her in mind for future cat-sitting needs, and we'd highly recommend her to others!
Teresa took great care of the four community cats that rely on me for suppprt, allowing me to be away a week without worries. I was completely comfortable having her in my home. She left everything clean and tidy and most important, the cats look great! I could not recommend her more highly.
Leah did a fantastic job watching our two cats. Our cats can be challenging—one is very shy and one eats everything but is very social. Leah did an amazing job meeting both cats’ needs and making them both feel comfortable and cared for. Both our cats got a lot of love while we were out and Leah went above and beyond to make sure they were well cared for. She sent a ton of updates as well which also made our day better. It made our vacation all the better knowing that everything was taken care of at home. We would definitely recommend Leah’s services and we’re hoping to hire her again in the future.
Ellen is reliable, conciencious and loves cats. She follows instructions carefully, provides feedback and is respectful of house rules. My cat, Isak, has complicated feeding requirements that she has carried out with accuracy and ease. Isak likes her too. Not always easy with this very particular cat.
Betty took great care of our two cats. She also did a great job communicating, letting us know if she was going to be a bit late to a check-in and even sending pictures of proof of cleaning the litter boxes 🙂. She also made friends with our less social cat, which was wonderful to see!

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
