Lucky usually has some anxiety during dropoff and with men, but Christopher immediately sensed it and decided to take him for a walk before I left. I appreciated that a lot. On past occasions, the anxiety has often meant Lucky doesn't eat for 1-2 days, or has an upset stomach--none of that happened this time. We got pictures and videos every day, and Christopher was responsive throughout. We will definitely want to use his boarding services again for Lucky.”

About: I'm excited to have your furry friend over and will give them all the TLC they deserve while sticking to their regular schedules. I've been obsessed with dogs since I was a kid and have taken care of our family dog, Lucky, since he was a puppy up until he passed away due to old age at 17 years. I now have a 6 year old Shiba Inu, Sumi, and a 10 year old cat, Ellie. Sumi was a rescue mill mama and was extremely fearful. With patience and love, she's finally come out of her shell. I've managed to teach both the dog and the cat tricks and work on training with them daily. I have a very flexible schedule at the moment and am home most of the day. I'll stick to whatever schedule your pet is used to so there won't be any confusion when they return to you. Our neighborhood is pretty large and also has a walking trail, so walks can be as short or long as you'd like. There's a dog friendly space downstairs with plenty of room to run around and play with toys, or if they prefer to chill, there's plenty of pet beds and blankets in the living room. I have a very chill and friendly Shiba Inu and Husky/Shepherd mix at home that can keep your dog company. I do have a cat that has their own room and can be separated if your dog doesn't get along with cats. I also have a large crate and two pens available if that's something you're used to doing. Baby gates are set up between each floor, but are usually left open for my dog. There are cameras on each floor so that I can keep an eye on the pets if I'm leaving the home or on a different floor.
“My dog can be fear reactive when meeting new people but this was not the case at our meet and greet with Joann - Hazel was very comfortable with her, and even put her paws on Joann in a manner that suggested to me she really liked her. When I dropped her off for day care I watched as Hazel sidled over to her and stayed calmly at her side as I departed. Joann’s home is spacious and clean, and her fenced in backyard is a great feature. Hazel seemed to truly enjoy her time with Joann and we will certainly return for future care needs.”

About: I’ve been walking dogs for over 10 years. Whichever base I’m assigned to, I always volunteer at an animal shelter or an animal hotel. I love early morning runs with my own fur baby, it would be a pleasure to have your pup join us. I can even make time for a fun game of fetch. I currently work full time, but I’m open for dog walks in the morning, afternoon, and on the weekends. If I’m around on the holidays, I’ll have my schedule open during the week. If we do decide to stop by my house during our walks, I have a fenced yard and lots of space for a quick game of fetch! For daycare and boarding, I will have eyes on your fur baby 24/7.

About: I've had and taken care of dogs all my life. Recently after the loss of my Rams I have started dog sitting for family and friends. I heard about Rover through those friends. About: I have been taking care of my husband’s family’s 3 cats for over five years now. They have made me fall in love them. We finally took the plunge in two years ago and adopted our own fur baby, a little tuxedo cat named Winnie! About: I have been a pet owner for over 6 years now, and a pet lover since the day I was born. My dog at home is a pug that I adopted when he was just a puppy, so I've trained him and taken care of al his needs ever since. I have also dog-sitted for friends and family over the years, taking care of their pets while they were away. I love all my furry friends and would treat any of them with all the care I would my own! I am currently working a part-time job, so I'll have days throughout the week where i am fully available along with some days where my availability may start in the afternoon. I will be fully available on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. And I will be available starting at 4:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In my home, I have a fenced yard that's very large and spacious where my dog can roam freely and play. I also have a range of dog toys for him to play with and a medium sized crate that he can rest in. In someone else's home, I would make sure to make myself aware of all areas accessible to any pets and make sure they're secure and I can keep an eye on them. If there are toys available I could use those to play with the pets, and if not I have no problem bringing some with me as well.
About: Ive taken care of a variety of dogs since the age of 16. When friends, family and neighbors went out of town, they relied on me. I've cared for dogs from ages of 10 months to 14 years old, dealing with potty training to strict medicine schedules and special diets. “So this is the first time I used Rover and I couldn’t be more happy Erica and Franklin were the best! They made me feel very comfortable by having a visit before my vacation so that I was able to meet them and see their home and that helped to know it was a perfect fit. They were in constant communication answering text anytime and sending pictures that will of the good times they were having with my pit. I give them credit because some people here that I have a pitbull and get totally turned off and feel some kind of way, but they were completely open to him and invited him in like one of the family. If I could recommend anyone it would definitely be Erica and Franklin . Taking comfort in them having my dog, which is essentially like my child enabled me to enjoy my vacation and I can’t thank them enough. I fully recommend them 100%.”

“Lauren and her "assistant Zoe" (her own dog) looked after Bella very well. The dogs had supervised playtime in the enclosed park, rather like a village green, and had ample time to chill and hang out together. Bella was very happy to stay with Lauren, and the whole experience was positive. Lauren is a very competent and caring boarder. I heartily recommend her!”
