“Rachel was the best cat sitter we could have hoped for. She communicated constantly, sent pictures, answered our questions, and remained attentive throughout her stay in our home. Our cats, who are normally very shy of strangers, quickly warmed up to her with snuggles - a very unprecedented thing! Feeling that sense of trust and security for our animals made our trip that much more enjoyable, knowing we did not have to worry at all about how our cats were doing. We cannot recommend her enough!”

About: I have grown up with cats and adopted two dogs six years ago. Both came minimally trained so I have been working with them and learning so much about adjusting to needs for specific personalities. I am currently working part time while applying to vet school so I am very flexible schedule wise! I would prefer mornings and afternoons with less evening and night strolls. My dogs have a fenced in yard and a dog door so they can go in and out whenever based on their own needs. In other homes learning where all the pets needs are is helpful so that I can provide them the best care possible!

About: I've had dogs for as long as I can remember, both large and small. I've been routinely walking a 100 pound great Pyrenees since I was a pre teen, so I know how to handle a large barking dog (and I'm not even bothered by barking any more!). I also have a lot of energy, so I'm happy to play as much as possible with any sort of dog. I'm also currently missing my own two dogs at home, so you can be sure that your dogs would get plenty of love and attention if I'm taking care of them. I'm a college student so my schedule is fairly open, aside from when I have class. I'm also available consistently on the weekends, so it wouldn't be an issue to perform frequent check ins. I'm happy to answer any specific inquiries about my weekly availability as well. I am comfortable using whatever mode of security you want, and will be sure to supervise your pets carefully if we're outside. I'm comfortable giving medicine to animals, as I've had some experience with my own cat (who had diabetes) and other foster kittens who needed eye drops, or medication given through pipettes.
