About: Hello! My name is Rachel, I am a graduate student living in Lancaster and love to take care of your pets in my free time! I grew up with a big family and many animals including goats, horses, chickens, ducks, and a few dogs running around. I have always loved animals, especially horses and dogs. I also worked at Karen’s K9 Kare in Malvern for around a year. During my time there I gained experience dealing with large groups of dogs as well as bathing, training, and getting picky dogs to eat. About: I have experience taking care of puppies of varying energy levels and senior arthritic dogs. I take instruction very seriously- if you emphasize reinforcing the dog’s training, that I will do. If you want the baby spoiled, I can do that too. I am currently without another job and out of school so I have a lot of free time, I can accept walks or play time with relatively short notice, I just can’t do early mornings because I wake up at 8-9 am. I can be very flexible to the client’s preferences. Anything I need for myself, I can bring with me and I will only enter parts of the home with explicit permission.

About: I have had all kinds of pets growing up; Dogs, cats, fish, iguana, domestic rabbits, goats, chickens, (oh my!) since I was about 5 years old. I admire every single creature as if they were my very own. This lead to me making it a side hustle (small biz gig) my senior year of high school (2012). Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
