About: Hello! My name is Rachel, I am a graduate student living in Lancaster and love to take care of your pets in my free time! I grew up with a big family and many animals including goats, horses, chickens, ducks, and a few dogs running around. I have always loved animals, especially horses and dogs. I also worked at Karen’s K9 Kare in Malvern for around a year. During my time there I gained experience dealing with large groups of dogs as well as bathing, training, and getting picky dogs to eat. The most essential skill I gained at this position is really how to manage stressed out animals, dealing with strangers can be difficult for many pets but I pride myself in being able to recognize what they need from me to make them as comfortable as possible.

About: Growing up with pets, I learned early on the responsibility and commitment it takes to care for an animal. Pets bring so much joy to the world and I feel it's essential to foster that happiness through service and attention, with a focus on safety and well being. I prioritize learning about the animals and their personalities in order to adjust to their specific preferences and needs. Making sure the animal is safe and happy is my goal. I currently work evening shifts at my current job so I have most mornings available. I am also able to request specific times and days off work a couple weeks in advance. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
