During the stay there were various other dogs she watched which was nice because they had extra playmates. Although the house is in the city there is convenient parking in the back for drop off and pick up. The yard is fenced in to ensure the dogs don’t run off. We will be using her again.
Genalind is reliable, trustworthy, and incredibly caring! Her and her family watched our pup - Hershey - for 10 days and provided excellent care. Communication was perfect throughout the entire stay, she provided both pictures and videos, daily, of our pup enjoying his stay at her home. They truly get to know the personality of your dog so they can make your dogs time as stress free as possible. They went above and beyond and brought our dog to our wedding! We felt complete having him at our special day and knew he was safe with them. I needed to go on a trip and didn't want my baby, Koko, to have a rough time. I found out about the company Rover through my sister; she referred me to Sherre—and Sherre is exactly who I chose to look after Koko. She was absolutely the best! I am so grateful; I felt completely at peace and at ease because, from the moment I met her, she inspired such confidence. She sent me videos and photos, and when I went to pick him up, he was doing great. Many blessings to her—she will always be my baby's caregiver.
Mai was wonderful with lily! The communication is top notch, as are the pictures and videos of our fur baby being themselves in a comfortable and loving environment. 10/10 definitely will recommend! It was wonderful to turn our brains off and know that our dog was in safe and caring hands while we were on vacation. Lily insisted we included her input as well for other fur babies that are curious: I had lots of fun, toys, treats, walks with sniffs and again the toy selection is something I’m going to tell my parents about cause I need that. I really like the lick mats, they were super stimulating too. I got to do doggy yoga and mastered the resting dog. I read allllll of my pmail too, while on dogcation!!
