“Angelita was such a great sitter for my puppy. She provided a little bed with a pillow and blanket for my baby and knew immediately what my dog's interests were. She pays much attention to the dogs and let them have much play time at her backyard. She adored and took great care of my baby. Will book her again if i'm in the area.”

“Vicky is a wonderful sitter and I highly recommend her. She asked lots of great questions to get to know Daisy and her routines before meeting her. During the stay Vicky shared pictures and videos to keep me updated. The communications let me know Daisy was being well cared for and having a wonderful stay.”

“Amber is a great dog- sitter! She sent us pictures and videos often, of our dog, with updates on his status. She took him on lots of adventures! He was so well cared- for! Thank you, Amber!”

“Definitely my new favorite sitter. My dog is very corky and likes a bunch of attention and they provided what he needed to be himself and feel like he was home when I was out of town. He was clearly happy to have hands on people who cared about making him feel safe and loved and that means alot when finding a sitter”

“Jen S was absolutely amazing with my dog Gracie. Gracie sometimes has separation anxiety, but Jen kept her loved , kept her safe and Gracie had a wonderful time. Jen really loves animals and it shows when you pick up your pet . You know they were well taken care of. And I felt good knowing I could go away and Gracie was well taken care of.”

“We travel frequently and so happy to have found Amy and Patrick to add to our list of dogsitters! They are both so kind and welcomed our dog into their home! They provided pictures and updates frequently! Our dog always looked happy playing or walking! We will definitely be booking again!”

“I have used Rover for every trip we've taken over 2 years and I am confident my Cardigan Welsh Corgi Arthur has never received better care than the care he received from Betsy and Ron. I think they might take better care of him than we do at home! My only disappointment is that I didn't immediately secure dates for another upcoming trip and they are not available. I don't think you can find someone better to take care of your pet! We got daily updates and photos that reassured us that Arthur was in great hands- he was smiling in many of the photo updates!”

“What can I say!, I am so glad that I chose Stacy to care for my dogs. She treated them like if they were part of the family. She kept me updated often and sent lots of pictures! I 10/10 recommend!!”

“Our dogs stay with Danielle and Bri was great! They took great care of our dog and even gave him a bath after a fun day playing outside at their beautiful homestead. It was peace of mind having a meet and greet before his week long stay but he joined their pack right away. Great communication and wonderful people.”

About: Hi! I'm a teacher in the Lancaster area looking to spend my summers doing something I genuinely enjoy—caring for animals. I have extensive experience with dog walking, pet sitting, and animal care, and I've worked with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. One of my most rewarding experiences has been serving as a volunteer puppy raiser for service dogs throughout college and even before then. This role taught me the importance of consistency, patience, training, and providing a safe, loving environment for dogs as they develop important skills. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I prioritize safety, communication, and consistency. I'll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while you're away, and I'll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind. I'm patient with shy dogs, energetic pups, and senior pets who may need a slower pace or extra care. My goal is to make every pet feel loved, secure, and well cared for while giving owners confidence that their furry family member is in good hands. I'm a teacher looking for a fun and rewarding way to spend my summers, and pet care is a perfect fit. During the summer months, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. Whether it's morning walks, midday check-ins, or afternoon adventures, I can accommodate a variety of needs and routines. I enjoy staying active and being outdoors, so spending time with dogs is something I genuinely look forward to. You can count on me to provide dependable care, lots of attention, and regular updates while your pet is with me. Your pet's safety, comfort, and well-being are my top priorities. When caring for pets in a client's home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel secure and comfortable in their familiar environment. I'll follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special needs. I believe in building trust with both pets and their owners through patience, consistency, and communication. I'll provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away. Whether we're going for a walk, playing, or simply spending time together, I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while always prioritizing their safety.

Millersville dog parents share their Rover experiences
Angelita was amazing! She was extremely prompt and thorough with communication. The set-up she has at her house is very dog-friendly, giving our four-legged family member her own vacation while we were on ours. It is obvious that Angelita loves caring for dogs; the second our dog met her, they were instantly best friends. She sent lots of updates while we were away! Will absolutely be using Angelita again!!

Vicky is a wonderful sitter and I highly recommend her. She asked lots of great questions to get to know Daisy and her routines before meeting her. During the stay Vicky shared pictures and videos to keep me updated. The communications let me know Daisy was being well cared for and having a wonderful stay.

D was a great dog sitter and our boy Dyson came home utterly exhausted from running and playing so much. She took time to figure out his particular needs and personality and made sure he felt comfortable and safe. He most certainly did! Great updates and videos! Can't wait to send him to D's farm again, lots of stimulation, he had no time to miss us.

Mai was wonderful with lily! The communication is top notch, as are the pictures and videos of our fur baby being themselves in a comfortable and loving environment. 10/10 definitely will recommend! It was wonderful to turn our brains off and know that our dog was in safe and caring hands while we were on vacation. Lily insisted we included her input as well for other fur babies that are curious: I had lots of fun, toys, treats, walks with sniffs and again the toy selection is something I’m going to tell my parents about cause I need that. I really like the lick mats, they were super stimulating too. I got to do doggy yoga and mastered the resting dog. I read allllll of my pmail too, while on dogcation!!

Jenn was sensitive to our dog's anxiety, especially since this was his first time away from home without us. He took to her right away and she would send pictures and updates to us. She accommodated our schedule when it changed and we were able to come sooner than planned to retrieve him. We are glad to recommend her to others and will use her again as future needs arise.

Cookie and Gracie really loved their weekend at Pat's. They got their exercise chasing squirrels and their senses stimulated by exploring her beautiful and fully fenced backyard. I loved that they came home tired and happy. Pat is really organized and explains everything thoroughly. She is willing to do whatever makes the dogs most comfortable and relaxed. Her house is set up perfectly and easily accommodates dogs. I will definitely call Pat again for watching my (spoiled) fur babies.

Five + stars. Carolyn, husband and doggie family went above and beyond taking amazing care of our pup boarding for a week long vacation. She sent many updates videos and pictures keeping us well informed during his stay. Carolyn and husband gave our energetic golden long walks and a lot of playtime with Bennie and Lola. Would highly recommend and hope to use again in the future.
