Very professional. On time with the pickup and drop-off. Very fast response times and answered all of my questions. Kept me updated throughout my trip as well. I would personally recommend Elizabeth for any sitting needs.

I feel bad writing a negative review, but unfortunately can’t ignore what happened. Elizabeth did great with our dogs on most occasions and I really appreciated her help and kindness. However, during the few months we had her do drop in visits twice a week for my three dogs, we had two occasions where she forgot to come completely. And this past week, we had an issue where she left one of my three dogs outside after leaving. It was 5 hours before we returned home, which could have been a huge issue if it were hotter. He had no water. And he often likes to eat things he shouldn’t if not monitored. When I brought this to her attention, she apologized but had no concern to ask if my dog was okay. And I had to even ask for a refund vs it being offered. If this were July, my dog is half bulldog, he literally could have died. I feel like this is unacceptable.

Elizabeth did drop-in visits with our dog. She was wonderful. She bonded with our dog at the meet and greet and was affectionate with her. She was friendly and reliable and sent cute pictures and notes each day. We definitely recommend her!

We never actually met Elizabeth. Omar was there and was very friendly. He said he'd be there all day. We did not receive any pictures or updates like other reviews mentioned.

Elizabeth is the best and Daisy loves it there!

Got stuck out of town in the snowpocolypse and Elizabeth was super helpful, communicative, and accommodating to extend.
