About: I’ve had dogs in my life since birth. I started taking more responsibility for them around the age of 10. The moment I graduated college, I got my own rescue doggo. Maisie is now 10 and likes to sleep and cuddle, so I’m looking to add some energetic pups to my walking route. I’m a nurse and have random time off during the week. My schedule is far from consistent but I hope that helps me stand out as someone to just drop in periodically. I’m a pet parent myself so I know how anxious people can get when you’re away from your babies. And I know how anxious your pets can get too! I’ll follow any sort of instruction you leave!

About: I have had my dog for 14 years and have been raised around dogs. I love interacting and taking care of all animals, especially dogs. I have classes at GVSU, and other than that my schedule is free for homework, working, and spending time on rover to help out the dogs and cats around me. Although I am not currently planning on using my house to care for pets, I do plan to in the future. I would ensure there is a safe and fun environment for the animals.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and genuinely love taking care of them. I have two dogs and two cats of my own, and I also grew up on a farm where I helped take care of all kinds of animals, which taught me to be responsible, patient, and attentive to each animal’s individual needs. I’m comfortable caring for pets of any age, size, and personality. I’ll always make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away! As a college student, I do have a busy schedule, but I make sure to prioritize my time so that any pets in my care get the attention they deserve. I enjoy spending time with animals, so making them a part of my daily routine fits in naturally. At home, I have two Golden Retrievers and two cats, so caring for pets is part of my daily life. About: I absolutely love caring for animals! If you have pets other than cats or dogs, please let me know if they need any additional care. I grew up caring for birds, lizards, turtles, fish, and dogs, and I have also cared for bunnies and guinea pigs for friends while they were on vacation. I’m comfortable caring for most animals (with the exception of spiders and snakes), and I’m happy to work with you to understand exactly what your pet needs. About: While i have lifelong dog care experiennce, I have worked in the dog industry for 10 years as a dog daycare attendant, dog hiker in the mountains of British Columbia, and in home petsitter. About: Animals of all kinds have a close spot to my heart. I’ve taken care of tons of different types of pets the past 5 years; snakes, amphibians, reptiles, rodents, farm animals, and, of course, cats and dogs! Respect for well-being, attention, and empathy are critical when working with pets, and I bring all of that to every pet and home I care for. I’m currently working full-time, with many days being virtual, so day visits can be accommodated. My availability, generally though, is most weekdays past 5 PM, and morning drop-in visits. Weekends have more availability. Overnight visits can be accommodated most days as well. I regularly like to check in on my pets to make sure their needs are met, regular bathing, and regular feeding. Engagement and stimulation are critical so toys, treats, play and attention are important for me to do regularly.

About: Currently I live with 2 cats, one mine and one my housemates. I love them both dearly and love taking care if them. Cleaning litter boxes is a daily pattern and I am also have administered meds to the cats and to my parents dogs. I grew up with a lot if animals, and have had a lot of experience with dogs and oral medications. My parents dog Mater is also paralyzed and I have often helped with his meds and changing his diaper. All in all I am a huge animal lover and cant wait to take care of your pets. I live with 3 girls and two cats (one is mine). Cleaning the litter, playing with the cats, making sure they do not knock stuff over, and cuddling with them is a daily pattern. I love them both to death. I care for my pets with tremendous love and care and I will do the same to all the pets that I will take care of.
