About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life. I was always the person in my family to feed, walk, train, and entertain the dogs. I’ve trained puppies of breeds as different as pit bulls and Westies and taken care of senior dogs in need of regularly scheduled meds and diapers. Since high school I have fostered, dog sat overnight and/or drop in, and I now volunteer at PAWS here in Chicago. I am currently working part-time, so I have varying availability, but will still have a very flexible schedule to fill with caring for your furry companions. As my apartment does not allow pets I would most likely be doing drop in visits as regularly as needed and perhaps an overnight if you are out of town for a while. I would do my best to rely entirely on and follow the dogs normal routine as laid out by the owner.

About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats since I was 10! I attended puppy class and trained my family dog for over five years. Over the years I have provided care for the pets of friends and family! I currently work from home part time for McGill University with an extremely flexible schedule. I could be available for regular walking/drop in/sitting at any time that your pet needs! I will carefully and respectfully care for your fur babies in the comfort of their own familiar homes— patiently earning their trust and learning their habits and happy places.

“I was nervous to do my first ever Rover walk and Grant made all that fear feel unnecessary. He was easy to coordinate with, and so kind in dealing with my little pupperoni. Highly recommend!”

“Delaney was super patient and understanding with my nervous pup on her first visit! I will definitely book again with her, she put forth a lot of effort to make my dog feel comfortable and trusting. Super communicative as well!”

“Will has been absolutely patient and wonderful with my leash reactive dog Arlo, I’ve noticed a visible improvement in behavior by the end of a week of Will walking him 2x a day - not only did Will buy him training treats, but he also experimented with different methods that would improve Arlo’s quality of walk. I would 100% recommend Will to a friend and anyone who is looking for a considerate and patient dog walker!”

About: Responsible and reliable pet sitter and owner. I’ve volunteered at PAWS and several Washington state animal shelters for the last several years and have participated in multiple spay/neuter clinics where I’ve handled dogs of all breeds, size, and temperaments. I’ve personally owned several breeds from labradors, springer spaniels, cocker spaniels, yorkies, etc. I have trained rescue pups in the past and am very experienced in interpreting behavioral cues and acting accordingly to make sure all pups feel safe and comfortable. As I do have a 2 year old cocker spaniel of my own, I ask that you only book me if your pup gets along well with other dogs. I also live in 3rd floor walk up so your pup should be comfortable using stairs (unless they’re little I’m happy to carry them). I have experience caring for dogs with epilepsy and am also comfortable administering oral and topical medications as needed. I treat all pups as if they are my own and make them as happy and comfortable as possible during their stay 🐾 I work from home so your pup will never be left alone for more than 3 hours max. I am also very active and will make sure they get lots of walks and plenty of exercise every day. I have a medium sized crate and also a very large pen if your pup likes to have alone time or sleeps best by themselves. I will make sure pups are always fed separately and no bones/high value items will be given when both pups are in shared spaces

“Leahna is a wonderfully dependable walker and pet sitter. She clearly puts genuine care and attention into every pet she looks after, and it shows. Our animals are always happy and excited to spend time with her!”

About: I come from a very experienced background in dog care! In between dog sitting for friends, I volunteer at PAWS Chicago around 1-2 times per week. At PAWS, I care for a variety of dogs - puppies, seniors, dogs with medical needs, and dogs with varying degrees of reactiveness to people/other animals. I was fortunate enough to foster a PAWS dog last year, who was extremely reactive towards dogs and strangers, and needed medication multiple times per day. Additionally, I grew up with a dog (a cavachon) who is about to turn 13 years old! I thoroughly enjoy walking, playing, and caring for dogs in my free time and I look forward to using Rover for that purpose. I work full-time, but I am available for dog walks and dog sitting on Mondays during the day (I work from home) and after 5:00 pm on weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday preferred for walking and sitting). I am also available on some Fridays. I am available for drop-ins, day care, and dog walking all day on weekends. Please note the above availability when requesting services! I have a small fenced yard and live in a very dog-friendly neighborhood. Available to go on longer walks if preferred or can stay within the front fenced yard or back area (less people around).

About: I've taken care of my own dog for 6 years in addition to pet setting for family, friends, and neighbors. They have relied on me to walk, feed, and play with their pets and I'm looking forward to doing the same for yours. I'm currently studying for the bar exam, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets. Just like dogs, I need walking breaks throughout the day, and I'm happy to be joined by your pets. I have a fenced in outdoor area, but would always keep a dog on a leash when out on walks. I am caring, clean, and organized and will bring the same features to caring for your home.
