About: Having grown up on a 20 acre farm for most of my life, I have cared for all shapes and sizes of animals - from horses to snakes, and everything in between! When I moved into an apartment for college, I missed the "dog energy" in our household and set to volunteering hundreds of hours at the Humane Society, which also included basic training skills and walking the most aggressive 100+lb leash pullers. This later evolved into working at a veterinary clinic where I was trained to monitor recovering animals and administer medications safely and with as little stress as possible through Fear Free certification. Animal body language is my second language! I love the outdoors as much as the indoors, and am more than happy to accommodate medical needs. ♡ If you would like extras taken care of during your pets stay or our visit, such as bathing, grooming, nail trims, or a run, just let me know! My dog, Leo, and I are constantly going on hikes and we are more than happy to tucker your pups out with a day trip, just reach out for rates. I currently work as a Braille Librarian for the state and used to teach Low Vision/Blind learners, and I am also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), so I have a soft spot for dogs that may be Deaf, Blind, or DeafBlind. To top it all off, I am working on weaseling my way into Guide Dog puppy raising, and all the training tips that come along with that. ( : I commute to Salem Wednesday and Friday, which means my schedule during those days is usually pretty limited to anything after 430pm. Otherwise, my weekends are typically completely free and ready to be filled with whatever your fur babies need! Using the Fear Free method, I work with a pet's body language to determine what will work best in the current situation, and when methods may be effective versus stressful. I am ready to go at your pet's pace with whatever they may need, and clearly communicate the process along the way.

About: I’m uniquely experienced in managing multiple pets, having cared for two or more pets at all times. I understand group dynamics, individual needs, and how to keep every pup happy. I have no obligations during the weekdays after 10am. I am available on weekends as well. I will have a week long trip in August where I will be out of town. I have a decently sized fenced in yard with plenty of toys and room for playing. I also have a dog and two cats who are very friendly.

About: I have cared for energetic puppies to old man dogs, kittens to old lady cats, rabbits, I have rescued lots of pets that needed special care, I've taken care of aquariums. Whatever care your pets need, chances are I've done something similar at least. I am a student with class on Wednesdays, and I I am available the rest of the week. I have a child, so I'm not available to spend nights away from home. I've had a lot of pets and I understand that every pet is different. I have a lot of time to really spend caring for your pet in the ways you request, whether it's lots of walks to the park, sitting at home getting pets and attention, administering medications. I'm very flexible and understanding to whatever your furry friends needs are.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I decided to start my own neighborhood dog-sitting business when I was 10 years old. Since then, I have owned, lived with, and cared for dogs of all kinds, ranging from an energetic and rambunctious German shepherd puppy to an anxious and quiet chihuahua old man :) I truly love spending my time caring for and hanging out with dogs (maybe even more than humans…) I am currently a fourth year clinical psychology PhD student finishing up my degree from home! My schedule is very flexible and I create my own hours. I am able to take multiple breaks throughout each day to go on walks or visit the park near my apartment. I work from home 3 days a week and am also around on weekends! I can board dogs in my home, pet and house sit from my clients’ homes, pop in to play with your dog or give him/her food and water, take your dog to the park, or take your dog on a walk! I am able to provide whatever services are needed, in whatever manner my clients would prefer.

About: **Please note that I am only boarding dogs that are friendly with cats at this time** I've been called a dog whisperer on more than one occasion... Ever since I was a child (look through my photos for me as a kid hanging out with my pets!), I've always been around animals. I currently live with a Goldador, Sage, and a kitty, Roo, and have been pet sitting for many years and active on Rover for eight years. I have a flexible schedule and mainly work from home, which means I have time to do walks and exercise before work, during lunch, and/or after work every day. If you are interested in a timeframe that my calendar says I'm unavailable, please still reach out. I may be able to move some things around to make it work! I own a house with a great backyard for dogs. Check out the end of my photos for details. I never leave the pups outside when I’m not home, and Sage and I like to keep a consistent schedule so that she knows when food, exercise, and downtime happen.

About: Have experience raising puppies and bottle feeding as young as 3 weeks. I have worked with puppies as well as providing care and medication for our older puppies on end of life care. I love my animals like my family and I will love yours as if they are my own! I have two dogs of my own at home so I am used to incorporating potty and feeding times into my daily schedules. I work a nontraditional schedule and I am often available mid day and weekends! I have a small fenced in backyard as well as ample places to provide walks to your dogs in the area immediately surrounding my apartment complex. I do live with two dogs and one cat in my home.
