About: To me, pets are family. I’d 100% fight a crocodile for my cats. I offer drop-in visits for cats, any kind of birds, be it chickens, ducks, parakeets, etc., and small dogs; walks also available. Service area near Woodstock (4 or so mile radius). Maybe you also have some other small critters like hamsters, just let me know! I usually get around by electric scooter to stay eco-friendly, but I’ve got backup options like a bike or car if needed. I’ve had cats (and many other creatures) my whole life, and I volunteered as a cat socializer at the humane society. I’ve cared for pets with all kinds of needs; from rescues to seniors on medication and I’m happy to follow your pet’s routine. Whether they need meals, meds, playtime, or just some company, I’m here to help. I know how much they mean to you; because mine mean everything to me. I have a flexible schedule and can usually accommodate drop-ins throughout the day. I stay local and build my time around the pets I care for. For safety and planning, I ask that all clients upload a photo and basic info about their pet before booking. I follow your instructions closely, give pets space to warm up if needed, and always keep things calm, clean, and consistent. Their comfort comes first.

“Eliza was so kind and loving to Princeton. I booked her back to back, and asked for a schedule adjustment. She was flexible, had great interactions and boundaries for our dog, and was a joy. We will continue to use her and suggest her to our friends and family. Wow! Superstar ! Thank you so much Eliza!”

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life and have loved every furry friend I’ve ever met, big or small. I rescued my reactive 60 lb pup a year ago and we went through positive reinforcement training together for his triggers. I have a basic understanding of canine behavior, safety, and training. I’d love to meet you and your pets! I will love and care for them like they’re my own.💕 Im a grad student and part time educator. I don’t work a traditional 9 to 5 and would be happy to care for your pets while you’re away for work or longer trips. Ideally, I’m hoping to build trusting relationships with families looking for consistent care for their animals. I believe in force free, positive reinforcement training and relationships. I will bring energy and playfulness every time I see your pet. I will always have treats on me and I am happy to learn what training you are working on in order to reinforce that during our walks/play. I’d love to become a consistent, joyful part of your pets life!

“Our dog doesn't have a lot of experience with sitters, and Allison knew just how to patiently interact with her as she warmed up to her new friend. We're also going through a house move, so our pup and cats are going through lots of change. It feels good to know that Allison brings the experience we need as an animal lover.”

About: Hi, I’m Ava! I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats for over 12 years - everything from boarding in my home to drop-in visits for food, walks, meds, or just some love and company. I've also had pets all my life, so I'm familiar with the young and the old, the anxious and the high-energy, and the ones recovering from surgery. I love them all! I work from home (except Tuesdays for about 4 hours), so I have a flexible schedule and can often do drop-ins or even work from your house if your pet prefers not to be alone. At home, I have a sweet little dog and a very relaxed senior cat - both get along well with others. I have a big, fenced yard to romp around in and live near a nature park, which is perfect for walks! I’m experienced with puppies, senior pets, and animals with health issues or anxiety. I’m also comfortable walking reactive dogs and understand how to keep things calm and safe. I'm obsessed with my own pets, and will treat yours like family too. I’ll send lots of pictures and updates so you always know how things are going! I work from home M-F, except around 4 hours on Tuesdays, and my schedule is flexible so I can do drop-ins and walks as needed, or can work from your home if your pet needs full-time care. At my home, pets get a calm, cozy space with lots of love and attention. I stick to their normal routines - feeding, walks, playtime, and downtime. My yard is partially fenced but I have a driveway gate I can put up for extra safety. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and your pet’s routine. I’ll make sure they’re well cared for, given meds if needed, and get plenty of love and company. I can also work from your home if your pet prefers not to be alone. You'll get plenty of photo updates and daily notes too!

“To whom it ay concern. I have known Charlie for over 20 years. In that time I have watched him care for everything from birds to dogs. Little dogs, but dogs nonetheless. He is passionate about animals, and diligent with their care. Cats are his favorite. Cats are naturally inclined to approach him. I've witnessed it firsthand. Even neighborhood cats love him. He described it best himself one day saying "I don't have a purpose without cats." I would leave any animal I wanted to be absolutely pampered with Charlie. I don't know anyone better suited. Many friends have him take care of their cats when they go on trips. Trust me when I say, you can be absolutely certain your baby is safe and sound. Sincerely, Rob S.”

11. Madeline M.
“I can’t recommend Maddy highly enough! She took such incredible care of my senior dog, Piggy, while I was away. Piggy has some special needs due to age—slower walks, has to be carried upstairs/on furniture, and a bit of extra TLC—and Maddy handled everything with so much patience, compassion, and attentiveness. I received regular updates, photos, and messages that truly put my mind at ease. It was clear Piggy felt safe and comfortable the entire time, which means the world to me. I came home to a happy, relaxed dog and an immaculate home. If you're looking for someone you can absolutely trust with your furry family member, especially one who needs senior care, Maddy is the one. Thank you again for going above and beyond!”
