I care for pets based on their individual needs and routines. In a client’s home, I aim to keep everything as normal and stress free as possible by following feeding schedules, walk routines, and any specific instructions you provide. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection, while also keeping their environment clean and safe. Before caring for your pet, I like to know their routine, personality, and any special needs. This includes feeding schedules, exercise needs, medical conditions, medications, and any behavioral quirks (like anxiety, reactivity, or things they don’t like). I also like to know what makes them happiest: favorite toys, treats, or activities so I can make them feel as comfortable and loved as possible.
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy and tails wagging! For more active pets, I enjoy games like fetch or exploring new walking routes, while calmer or senior pets get lots of gentle attention and relaxed companionship. My goal is to make sure they feel loved, entertained, and comfortable the whole time.

Pet care experience
I was a devoted dog owner for 13 years, caring for my Chihuahua from a pup to an old happy girl. In her later years, I gained experience with senior dog care, including administering medication, monitoring health changes, and providing extra patience and gentle attention. While I don’t currently have a pet of my own, I truly miss that companionship and would be honored to care for yours like family.

Jessica is amazing! She's been so patient with my 1yo stranger danger issues and so kind to my old boy who needs a little extra help here and there. She's also been very communicative on any questions or concerns, and has not once come across as annoyed at my near daily texts while I'm adjusting to have someone care for my pets. I hope to keep her around for a while.
