About: My daughter's dream job is pet sitting so I am allowing her to be my assistant. We both LOVE all fury friends. I have had pets my whole life. Growing up in the country (NWPA), we had dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, and ducks. I learned alot about basic care as well as successfully treating various health conditions holistically because vets were not well versed in small animal care where I grew up so my mom and I learned alot of homeopathy, herbal, and flower remedies supporting the health of our pets over the years. I can also offer reiki for calming pets that are hyper or in poor health. I was very active in rabbit and dog 4H as a kid and learned dog training at the age of 12. My darling 9yo daughter Denise is an aspiring pet sitter and we are both available to offer much love and care to your fur babies. I also love gardening and can look after plants too. :-) I am currently working part time from home with flexibility in my schedule so we can be available as needed for your convenience. We would love to offer drop in visits but eventually can offer boarding as well. We are available to check in on your fur babies, offer fresh food/water, dog walks, play breaks, administer meds, and can send picture updates via text.
About: I've been pet-sitting for 15+ years! I have dogs of my own - 2 silly Pomeranians who I raised since they were puppies. I've also cared for cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, and rodents! Inside the home, pets have a cool, safe space to relax, especially during hot weather. Fresh water is always available, and I follow feeding schedules exactly as instructed. I can also administer basic medications if needed and follow any special care instructions you provide. If caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect your space and follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so you can feel at ease while you’re away. Building trust with both pets and owners is very important to me. About: I grew up around dogs most of my life, big and small, and treat my own dog like he’s my son. My husband Alex also grew up around dogs and is an experienced dog sitter. He grew up watching his mom care for dogs, who not only was a sitter but also trained dogs for leading the blind. Together we own a young Samoyed that we spoil to pieces and loves to play with other dogs. To our friends and family we are very reliable when they are in need of a sitter, and we understand the importance of needing to leave your loved ones with someone you can trust. We never leave the dogs outside by themselves, we take them on walks whenever we can, and we don’t let them sleep alone. Dawson was fantastic! Kayn is a german shepherd prone to pulling and being a lot to take care of. He listened and took notes of all my suggestions for how to handle him and situations you might be put into while on the walk and he handled him perfectly and Kayn returned home ready for a nap. Dawson is great with dogs giving them lots of pets and attention! Kayn already adores him and is excited for his next walk with Dawson.
Stacy has quickly become an auntie to my pupper. She’s attentive and always provides updates, complete with multiple photos. She goes above and beyond, offering playtime and cuddles in addition to walks and feedings. One of my biggest concerns in finding a sitter was someone who could confidently handle my excitable, muscular 90-lb lab mix, and Stacy does so with ease.
