“Ciara did a great job walking and feeding our dog Skippy. He is finicky eater and she got him to eat all his chow. She definitely has a way with animals. I highly recommend her services.”

“I was an idiot and locked myself out of the apartment. Luckily I remembered Stephanie has a key, and she came right over and let Boregaard and I in. It’s always cute seeing how excited Boregaard is to see her.”

“Melissa was great. My dog doesn’t always walk well for new people and he took to her right away. She took the time to come by for a meet and greet and we were really impressed!”

About: I've always been a natural caregiver. I've had pets since I was born, took care of my grandmother in her final years, and I take care of patients of all ages everyday as a healthcare worker. My goal is always to look out for the underdog (pun intended). I work at a dental clinic nearby with nights, weekends, and every other Friday off. My 15 minute commute allows me to pop home if I need to let our pup out. I have plenty of time before and after work for walks and snuggles too! I have a fenced in backyard, a super laid back 9 year old lab mix, and two chill cats who pretty much keep to themselves. We have plenty of extra space for crating if need be! And if for some reason your furry friend needs and entirely secluded area, we can provide that as well.
About: treat every pet like they’re my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I’m patient and attentive, whether I’m caring for playful puppies who need basic training and structure, or senior pets who need a gentler, slower approach. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality, routine, and needs, and I always keep owners updated so you have peace of mind. My goal is to build trust with both you and your pet, not just provide a service. 🐾 I’m currently a teenager working part-time, so I plan my schedule carefully to make sure I have plenty of time and energy for each dog I walk. I’m available on weekdays after 3pm and on weekends for walks. Dog walking fits naturally into my routine because I genuinely enjoy being around dogs, getting outside, and making sure they get the exercise and attention they need. I make sure every dog feels comfortable, happy, and cared for during our time together. For safety, I always follow the owner’s instructions, keep dogs on leash, stay aware of our surroundings, and make sure each walk is safe, calm, and enjoyable. 🐾 Since I focus on dog walking, I care for pets by making sure each walk is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for them. I always follow your instructions, including preferred routes, pace, and any specific needs your dog has. I keep dogs on leash at all times, stay aware of our surroundings, and avoid unsafe situations or crowded areas if needed. I pay attention to how each dog is feeling during the walk, making sure they’re not too tired, overheated, or stressed. I’ll also give them water if needed and make sure they return home happy and settled. My goal is to give your dog a positive, caring experience every time we walk together
“Melissa has been wonderful with our pups! She sends lots of pictures and happy little updates. I felt so comfortable with her and knowing our pups were safe in her care.”
“I had the pleasure of having Lilly, walk my Dog Simon 3-4xs a week for 2 months. She was always punctual on timing and if she was ever running behind she would make sure to give a notice. Most importantly I enjoyed seeing Simòn happy upon her arrival, tail wagging through my Furbo Dog camera, she always greeted him with scratches and made sure to give him a treat before leaving. I appreciated the photos during the walks around the neighborhood or if Simòn was being lazy instead of ending the walk she would sit outside with him while he sun bathed giving him scratches. Lilly thank you so much for helping me out during this time!”

About: My spouse and I have been taking care of our family pets and pet-sitting for neighbors since we were kids! I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets from fish to rodents to cats to corgis to german shepherds and more! Currently, we are in the process of training a service dog and raising our cat mandy. When my wife was in high school, they worked at a doggy daycare/boarding facility and learned a lot about pet care there. We are excited to meet and take care of your fur babies! I currently work from home so we are able to take care of your pets whenever they need throughout the day! We have a dog of our own, so they can have a playmate and we have a big yard for them to run around in. At our home, we have a large fenced in yard for pups to play, as well as lots of toys and treats. At your home, we will be sure to follow any and all instructions you provide for taking care of your pet as well as your home!
About: I have been taking care of dogs for the last 11 years, I am a full time GMU student but I’m flexible with my schedule! I am a full time student at GMU but my classes are spread out so I have a lot of time to work with. I’m very willing to work something out to ensure your fur babies get good care. I will respect your home and house rules when dropping in or taking the pets for walks. I like to stay on routine to ensure the fur babies get good time to go outside, walk, play and feeding, crating or even cleaning up after them. I will also send pictures with updates.

“I’ve had Christopher walk my English cocker spaniel a few times now and I still have nothing but good things to say. He’s attentive, he gives her good exercise, and he’s almost always available. When something seems off about her, he lets me know. He’s a really caring, great person, and I HIGHLY recommend.”

Stephen did a great job on his first walk with Ana and Elsa! He was punctual, attentive, and made sure they were comfortable right away. It’s always a bit nerve wracking trusting someone new, but he handled everything with care and professionalism. We’re very happy and look forward to more walks with him!

Jaelyn manages Ana very well and demonstrates a calm, attentive approach that works effectively with her. Elsa has a much stronger temperament, and given those challenges, I understand that Jaelyn is doing her best with both dogs. I appreciate her patience, consistency, and continued effort in managing their different behaviors.
