About: Hi everyone! I'm Charlotte and I'm a college student majoring in Wildlife Conservation. I've always loved all kinds of animals, and I have two cats at home! I have sitting experience with cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, rabbits, fish, and geckos. I’m a very active person and would love to play with dogs or take them on long walks. I also really enjoy a nice long cuddle session! I have so much love for animals and I love taking care of them. Please reach out if you think I'm a good fit for your pet! I will be able to fit pet care in very well. My other job is babysitting for two kids, and that has very flexible timing and I can always take them with me if needed. I can drive so I will be able to stop by houses easily! I can take dogs into my backyard where they can run around, but they won't be able to go in my house because I have my own pets. Likewise, I cannot bring cats into my own home because my cats do not get along with others. But I am more than willing to visit my client's home and stay overnight if necessary!

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs my entire life whether they’re mine or friends. I have a 80lb doberman/pitt mix making me very comfortable with large dogs, and a 10lb tabby cat making me comfortable with your tiny friends too! I work part time, and on days I do work I have a 2 hour lunch break. This allows me to be available for your furry friends whenever you need! I have experience walking dogs who are not fully leash trained and those that are reactive. I know the area well and am confident I can keep your furry friends safe and entertained!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have nearly 7 years of dog sitting experience starting in middle school. I’m a student at Virginia Tech with a flexible schedule, typically having at most two classes a day. I’m able to adapt to each pets needs and schedule, whether that means early mornings, midday visits, or evening care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in a pet friendly apartment with a fence dog area, so dogs have a safe place to get outside and play. About: I’ve been a (very happy) dog owner for 10 years, and an animal lover since my first pet cat at the age of 5. My two rescue pups are my life, and they live a healthy, active and loving life with me here in Burke. Growing up on a farm provided me with a life filled with animal caretaking, and has given me several unique opportunities to care for a TONS of different pets. Since living here in Burke for 2 years, I take a lot of pride in meeting and interacting with all of our dogs and families within our community. I spend a lot of time helping out neighbors with last minute dog walks or home sitting, and working with our other community members to create inclusive, safe environments for our dogs to play and interact at our local dog park. Studied animal anatomy/physiology, body language, and the knowledge and prevention of diseases. Learned how to properly handle behavioral issues and developed veterinary ethics with proper restraint skills and terminology relevant to animal health. Have 3+ years of experience walking and caring for dogs and am passionate about animal welfare. Bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing effective communication with a diverse range of pet owners and clients. I’m available every day and currently work part-time on weekends. I’m also a full-time student at George Mason University, but my summer schedule is much more flexible. I always prioritize pets’ safety, comfort, and happiness while in my care. I pay close attention to body language and behavior to ensure pets feel safe and stress-free. I also follow owners instructions carefully, maintain a clean environment, and handle any situations calmly and responsibly.

About: I’ve taken care of the family dog my entire life and I’ve been a dog owner for 15 years. I’ve trained and raised a St Bernard, a Great Pyrenees, a Westie, and our currently beloved lab-mix, Turnip! My husband, Adam, shares this account and helps us be more flexible with your care needs. He is home from work by 2pm during the week and can pop out to visit/walk your pup during the day or we can both come by in the evenings for a visit/walk! We moved from Rosslyn and I know how hard it can be to find a sitter with a nice fenced yard and a friendly pup for your dog to play with while you’re gone, so we’re looking to supply that now that we’re in Fairfax City! I work M-F out of the home but Adam is home by 2pm on weekdays so he’s available for drop-in visits/walks during the week days if needed. We are both available for drop-in/walks weeknight evenings! We have a fenced yard and an overly friendly lab mix, Turnip, to keep your dog company. I know what it’s like to have a routine for your dog and we’re happy to follow any care instructions you provide!
