“This was the first time in 12 years I have used a dog sitter, and it will not be the last time because of Rebeca and Roman. They were very responsive from the beginning of the Rover process, and they continued throughout the four days I used their services. Rebeca greeted us every morning and afternoon with a smile. After the first day, Maple could not wait to get to Rebeca, literally jumping from my arms to her arms when we arrived at Rebeca/Roman’s home. I received a daily picture and even a video of Maple during the day. I had no concerns during the four days of daycare because of the pleasant attitude, daily photos, and Maple’s behavior before and after her time with Rebeca and Roman. Overall, a great experience. About: I’ve had three dogs over the course of the last 12 year roughly growing up. I have taken care of family and friends furry friends of all ages, sizes and personalities. I currently have a young hyper husky girl that we’ve had since she was a puppy, for the most part i have taken care of her since. We also have an elderly Korean Jindo that we’ve had since he was 1-2, a rescue from the Korean dog meat market along with the two of his brothers. I’ve taken care of dogs in very elderly stages as well as my late dog, justice lived a happy 14 years as a lab mix. Your dog will get their needs met no matter the task or time under my supervision. I’ve taken care of various personalities of pets, yours will attention if they’d like, as well as a quiet and personal space if that’s what they need. I attend an online community college and can mostly get work done on my own time, on the rare occurrence of an overlapping schedule all i’d need to do is bring over my laptop. Other than that i am very active in the gym mostly in early mornings or late afternoons but it is very flexible and negotiable. Your doors will stay locked, appropriate and requesting leashes and/or safety harnesses during walks will be used any waste, accidental or not will be cleaned properly according to floor type/to best of ability. About: I’ve pet sit for many family members (mostly small dogs) and used to own a few dogs as well. Also just really love animals! I’ll be home for spring break in NOVA from 2/28-3/6 and will have too much free time! I will be able to focus on the animals and go to and from houses often. About: I’ve grown up with pets all my life, and can’t imagine life without a furry companion or two. Or three. Or a hundred. But I can’t have a hundred critters in my apartment, so I have to fill those critter-shaped gaps with YOUR fur babies! I have 20 years of experience with cats, and about 8 years experience with dogs. Over the years, I have fulfilled multiple house and pet-sitting gigs spanning as long as two weeks, or as short as a single walk around the block. I am happy to learn how to administer medications or provide reasonable levels of support for any animal’s medical or behavioral needs.
