Communication was quick and responsive — they even sent me a photo and an update when I checked in to see how my dog was doing. Since I didn’t get a chance to see the indoor or backyard areas myself, I can’t personally comment on those spaces beyond the photos shared on the profile. Overall, I appreciated their flexibility and care, and my dog seemed happy when I picked him up.”

We were very nervous to send Daisy off with strangers but Sidney scheduled us for a meet and greet prior to boarding to put us at ease. We were able to meet Sidney, Sidney's mom, and her fur babies. I kid you not, Daisy went off and explored the house and yard. She is usually a very, very shy dog but she was so comfortable meeting her fur friends and her new human friends we knew this was a match made in heaven. During her 2 night stay with Sidney, we received updates throughout the day along with pictures of what new adventure she got herself into. Photo shoots, walking adventures, and cuddles galore. Sidney and her family welcomed us and Daisy like we've always been part of the family. We are so grateful for finding Sidney. She took care of Daisy like she was her own.
