About: Offering new customers $20 off your first booking. Use this link: https://www.rover.com/sit/floric47125 I love being a full time dog mom. All doggies have full use of the family room, kitchen, and a doggie door to a large backyard with a double gate to feel safe and at home. Comfy dog beds, blankets, toys, and treats are provided. Pets are always part of my daily routine with scheduled feedings, play time, walks, and potty breaks. We'll be outdoors having fun playing ball, chase, and tug of war. Or we will sit indoors, cooling off in air conditioning. Ice cold water bowls are available all the time. I give my doggie guests full use of the family room, kitchen, and a convenient doggie door to the backyard so they feel at home. Outside is a big, secure fenced yard where pets can run, play, and potty on the lawn. My two friendly dogs like to play and nap with their fur friends. At my clients homes I feed meals, fresh water, and play with their dogs and can take them on walks.

About: I have cared for and looked after numerous dogs over the past 5+ years. I worked as an animal trainer for a nonprofit org, working hands on with behaviorally challenged animals, using positive reinforcement training methods. I’m currently unemployed and looking to sneak in some training or cuddle sessions in with other people’s pets! I currently volunteer at my local animal shelter but that is not enough:( I can crate your dogs if needed, or work on crate training them! I will make sure to adhere to any dietary restrictions or medication administration times. Any animal I care for will be under my supervision 24/7 to ensure maximum safety and happiness. About: (wfh) I recently learned that in Hawaiian, you don't call yourself your pet's owner. You are their Kahu. Kahu has many meanings, among them guardian, protector, steward, beloved, attendant. I am happy to help you care for your pet-babies. I have had dogs, cats, birds, fish, currently a dog and three parrots. I work from home so I am available to your pets consistently. I am very familiar with elder care as well. I am a somatic practitioner working from home, I have breaks of availability throughout the day most days and I am usually available evenings and weekends. My schedule is set 3 days out so I will know my schedule and be availability to commit. Plenty of affection, love, potty breaks, and tending to their needs. I am diligent in caring for your pet in the ways you outline/need. We cannot always know what they are thinking so I always err towards caution. Nervous system regulation often helps pets feel safe and secure - that is my goal with all creatures =)

About: I have over 20 years of experience raising pets and have undergone professional training in veterinary care; I know how to care for both puppies and senior dogs. Pet care is a prioritized part of my weekly schedule. My typical routine includes dedicated blocks of time every day for pet activities: energetic morning walks, engaging mid-day play or check-ins, and relaxing evening walks. By keeping a stable schedule, I help pets maintain their regular home routines, minimizing stress and ensuring they get plenty of exercise and affection every day. 这个问题在 Rover 上主要是向宠主展示你对两种场景(自己家寄养 vs 客户家上门/代看)的具体照顾细节,突出你的安全性、环境适应能力和对宠主隐私/财产的尊重。 你可以直接使用以下模版,涵盖了这两种场景的回答: 推荐综合回答(兼顾自己家与客户家) In My Home (Boarding / Daycare): When pets stay at my home, I treat them like family! I keep my living space clean, fully pet-proofed, and completely safe. They have a designated comfortable spot for sleeping and resting, as well as plenty of room for indoor play. I strictly follow their familiar routine from home—including feeding schedules, exercise times, and potty breaks—to help them settle in comfortably and feel stress-free. In Your Home (House Sitting / Drop-in Visits / Dog Walking): When caring for pets in your home, my top priority is maintaining their comfort, security, and normal daily routine in their own environment. I carefully follow all of your care instructions, respecting your home and personal privacy at all times. Whether it’s giving timed meals, providing engaging play, cleanups, or walking, I ensure your pet stays happy and comfortable. About: I have 6 years of veterinary technician experience that includes feeding, bathing, administering medications, performing cpr, taking basic vitals and quickly acting in emergency situations. I am gentle with seniors and patient with young pets. I always carry my compassion with me in and out of the workplace. I currently work 4x10s at an ER/Specialty hospital and that allows me to have 3 extra days to care for and love on your pets while you're away. I have 3 rabbits that I change out their hay, feed at 7 am and 7pm sharp, make toys for mental stimulation, and keep them entertained with supervised free roam time. My 5 cats follow a similar schedule with scooping their litter daily, feeding them home cooked meals and playing with them using several different cat toys to keep them entertained. Finally, I have cared for countess patients each with gentle love and care to ensure their experience at the vet is the least intimidating it can be.

About: I have had a dog since my first memory up until 3 years ago we lost our 3rd family dog. I have 3 years of experience walking dogs and about a year of training experience at a doggy daycare. I understand what pets need and the care they deserve from everyday operation at the facility I work at. I’m currently working towards my trainers certification, which is done at home at my own pace. I have an empty and free schedule to dedicate all my time to giving your best friend a positive experience!!! I have a 10 foot high fence and 8 foot surrounding barriers. My yard can accommodate 5-6 large dogs for them to run around and play comfortably. About: Dog Sitting & Drop-In Visits I’ve spent over 15 years caring for dogs of all ages and personalities, including rescues and seniors who need a little extra patience and care. I’m calm and attentive, which helps pets feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. Whether it’s medication, playtime, or just some reassuring company, I make sure your dog feels cared for and understood. Cat Care As a lifelong cat owner, I know how much trust it takes to leave your feline family member in someone else’s hands. I’m gentle, observant, and happy to meet each cat on their own terms—whether that means playtime or quiet companionship. I’ll treat your cat with the same care I give my own two. I work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the week. My schedule is consistent but not locked into exact time frames, and I keep my Rover calendar up to date for easy booking. For house sitting: Because I can work remotely, I’m able to stay with your pets full-time during house-sitting stays. I’m available 24/7 while caring for your pets, ensuring they get consistent company, attention, and care. For drop-in visits and dog walking: My availability is as follows: • Sunday & Monday: after 5:00 PM • Tuesday & Wednesday: before 12:00 PM • Thursday–Saturday: available all day Please check my posted availability or reach out if you have specific timing in mind — I’ll do my best to make it work. I take pet safety seriously and always follow each owner’s instructions carefully. I double-check details, keep routines consistent, and make sure your home and pets are treated with respect. Whether I’m house sitting, walking, or stopping in for a visit, I make sure everything is done safely and just the way you prefer.

About: Being around animals brings me a lot of joy. I love discovering their individual personalities because, just like people, every pet is different. When I meet an animal, I pay attention to their energy and let them show me what they need. Some want to play immediately, some are cautious, and some would rather observe from across the room for a while. I’m happy to meet them wherever they are rather than forcing interaction. My Shiba and Malamute have taught me plenty about that. My Malamute is a big-time attention seeker, while my Shiba prefers his personal space (although he occasionally gives in to a cuddle and then mysteriously ends up snoring next to me). 😂 I keep boarding intentionally small so your pet gets the attention they deserve in a calm home environment. I’m comfortable with puppies, seniors, energetic dogs, shy pets, and animals who need medication or extra patience. Most importantly, I’ll follow the care and routines you want for your pet. You know them best, and I want their stay to feel as comfortable and familiar as possible. Pet care is my full-time focus, so I have flexibility for early mornings, midday visits, overnights, and last-minute requests when available. I’m responsive and happy to work around your pet’s normal routine, including specific feeding, exercise, or medication schedules. My home is calm, non-smoking, and fully fenced. I have two dogs of my own, and I’m experienced with introducing and managing animals thoughtfully so everyone can feel comfortable. I keep boarding intentionally small and pay close attention to each pet’s temperament and needs. Client dogs stay leashed until we’re safely inside, and I don’t take them to dog parks. For house sitting, I treat your home with the same respect I would want for my own. I’ll follow your routines, care for your space, and make sure your pets get the same attention and consistency they’re used to.

Ao was amazing with our 3 pups. Excellent communication, from start to end. She sent us plenty of photos and made her best judgement when we couldn't get back to her in time. She went above and beyond what we asked to make sure our pups were comfortable and well taken care of. We highly recommend her and plan to use her again for future dog walking services. I can’t say enough good things about Britney. I needed help on very short notice due to some health issues and she immediately stepped in. She came by right away to meet me and my dogs, and then graciously agreed to walk them twice a day for several days. She has been incredibly kind, reliable, and communicative throughout. Most importantly, she is wonderful with my dogs—they took to her right away and are so happy and eager each time they see her. She’s always punctual and keeps me updated, which gives me such peace of mind. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog walker or sitter.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
