About: I have been around dogs ever since I was born, having two of my own. I have pet sit for family and friends before. I potty-trained my own dog as a puppy at the age of eight, as well as tricks like sitting and staying. About: I've been a dog owner since I was about 7 years old. I had a husky mix growing up, a very active dog all black with a curly tail I'd walk regularly and keep active. I now have two small breed dogs. A chihuahua mix named Brownie that's just 8 lbs, rescued in 2015 and I have a Rat Terrier named Taco and he was rescued in March 2020, he's about 15 lbs. About: Hi there! I have 6+ years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and ages, providing walking, feeding, bathing, and more. My home is extremely pet-friendly as I have a 6 year mini doodle (Benzi!) that loves to socialize with other pets (if yours permits). He has a slight favoritism for dogs bigger than him but he welcomes all friends. I've had Benzi since 2020 and trained him myself as we were locked in quarantine together. Make a circle with your arms and say "Circus!" to Benzi, and he'll jump through your hoop hands (it's his party trick). I've cared for my friends and family's dogs (and one cat) as they were on long periods of break or holidays. He is up-to-date on all vaccines including Canine Covid and Canine Influenza. I walk Benzi twice a day, in the morning from 8-9:30am to the evening 7pm - 8:30pm. I take him out to pee/poo additional around 2-3:30p. I feed Benzi after each walk. Since I WFH, during my own breaks, Benzi and I play around and I ensure he gets stimulated and tired from play. If he doesn’t want to play and wants to sleep, I respect that. Benzi meets other dogs in the neighborhood and plays with them, as well as greeting neighbors. I ensure that the home I own is pet-friendly. Everything is non-toxic for animals — plants, cleaners, etc. I do not have a yard or a fence, but I live on the third floor of a gated community that is extremely animal friendly and has other dogs living here.
