Lindsey kept to the scheduled times really well, which was good for my very shy outdoor cat, who this morning showed up for breakfast at about the time Lindsey usually left the house. Our dog, Melo, has severe epilepsy, so his medication timing is extremely important. On top of that, I had several delays on my end while trying to finalize everything, and she was incredibly patient, understanding, and kind throughout the entire process. She never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her, which I appreciated more than she probably knows. She arrived earlier than when she said she would, gave Melo his medication on time, and even stayed for slightly over 30 minutes instead of just giving meds and leaving. That extra care and compassion meant so much to us and gave us real peace of mind while we were away. She truly saved us in a stressful situation. 10/10. I’ve never used a sitter before for my bearded dragon and my crested gecko, but Jessica truly went above and beyond taking care of them and making them comfortable while I was gone! She sent SO many pics and followed my notes and instructions perfectly, and she gave my bearded dragon lots of love and affection. I had her tackling 2 different reptiles and feeding an outdoor community kitty, and not one step was missed. She treated my lizards like they were hers, and I will definitely be using her again in the future!
