I can’t recommend her enough! We reached out at the last minute after another sitter failed to show up on time for our dog’s critical medication schedule. Our dog, Melo, has severe epilepsy, so his medication timing is extremely important. On top of that, I had several delays on my end while trying to finalize everything, and she was incredibly patient, understanding, and kind throughout the entire process. She never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her, which I appreciated more than she probably knows. She arrived earlier than when she said she would, gave Melo his medication on time, and even stayed for slightly over 30 minutes instead of just giving meds and leaving. That extra care and compassion meant so much to us and gave us real peace of mind while we were away. She truly saved us in a stressful situation. If you need someone dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy-especially if your pet has medical needs- I would recommend her without hesitation. We’ll absolutely be booking with her again.

Stephanie was the perfect choice!!! We have two special needs pets and one of them is SUPER high energy but Stephanie’s time here was enough to tire him out. We have never come home to such a content pup - he was too tired to bark uncontrollably but visibly happy enough to still jump around and greet us. On top of her treatment of our pets, she sent awesome updates throughout her time here, and showed up earlier than their scheduled med time to ensure they were administered on time. We love Grace and Alan! Bo was super excited to meet them and show them all his toys! Communication with them before, during and after the visit was perfect! I felt 1,000% comfortable leaving Bo in their care!! Bo even played tug o war with Alan which is a workout in and of itself! We will most definitely be scheduling more visits with Grace and Alan!
Again Erin made my pup's day by dropping in on them when I had a long day out of the house planned. She allowed me to slide the schedule a little bit which really helped. This made her visit line up with dinner time and I'm sure the girls love it. Thanks again Erin.
