About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to check in with, feed, and play with their pets. My dogs are my absolute world, so I know firsthand how important it is to treat every pet with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. Whether your dog needs high-energy play, gentle senior care, or a reliable drop-in visit, you can trust they will be in safe, caring hands. Pet care is my full-time job, which means your pets will have my complete, undivided attention throughout the day. I have total flexibility with my schedule to accommodate custom feeding routines, high-energy play sessions, frequent potty breaks, and comforting companionship whenever they need it. I provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment tailored completely to your pet's needs. Whether hanging out at my place or checking in at yours, I am vigilant about pet-proofing, keeping routines consistent, and handling any special care instructions with total responsibility so you can travel with complete peace of mind.
“Best Rover ever! Alex has watched our cat Mika several times now and always takes care of her like she's his own cat. He has watched her overnight before and we feel confident she is safe, happy, and has a clean litter box! We get many pictures and updates each day, and we can tell she really likes Alex from all of the pictures of Mika on his lap and shoulders. Great prices and really helpful that he's been able to watch her even on last minute notice. Thank you Alex!”

“Juliana did so good with my dog, I reached out for some drop ins/walks and she was so patient while Leo got used to her, I’ll def be using her for future walks and recommend to anyone needing help! She truly understands dog language and how to care for animals”

I do work full time in Austin Sun-Thurs 9-5 however before work, after work and on my days off I have fully dedicated to making sure your pup is loved and well taken care of, however that looks like such as hour long walks or cuddles on the couch, I can do it all! I am trained in Pet CPR However I have not updated my certification, I treat your fur babies how I expect mine to be treated. In a way that keeps them safe, happy, and healthy. I will also send daily updates to let you know how everyone is to keep your mind at ease.
“Allina is so kind and she was very gentle with Hager my little old man! I will definitely be using her more in the future I felt very comfortable and at ease knowing she was looking in on him while I was gone for the day.💚”

“Whitney went above and beyond while taking care of our two dogs (one large and one small). Not only did she give them everything they needed (affection, walks, food and treats) she also cleaned up our kitchen which was so thoughtful. Whitney clearly loves animals and would highly recommend her.”

“Ariel did amazing with our 3 rambunctious dogs! She handled their first meeting spectacularly, and I felt confident leaving town with them in her care. She stayed the whole visit which is rare! And my dogs love attention. One was even so excited she pottied, and this was no problem for Ariel. She gave treats and meds and I know they were happy seeing her and would be again. I definitely recommend Ariel, she had a great attention to detail. Happy to have found a Rover in our new town!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Kyle
So impressed with Alex and it’s only been one visit so far! We instantly booked him for our wedding weekend and we feel so comfortable leaving our Finn with him. Finn is getting older in age, is a little anxious, not great with other dogs and Alex is extremely professional and knows how to navigate Finn’s quirks, while keeping us informed and checking in! Highly highly recommend Alex :)

Jenisa was absolutely amazing! This was our first time trying Rover out, and if we ever need a sitter again, Jenisa will be our go to! She absolutely adored our dog, and took care of her like she was her own. She even sent us updates and photos every check in. If you’re looking for someone to go above and beyond for your animals, hire Jenisa! We definitely will again!

Landry was incredible. Every day and every visit went perfect. She arrived on time and stuck around longer than needed. She also reached out with a concern on older dog and offered an extra visit. I would recommend her to anyone over anything sitter I have used on the app.

I can’t recommend her enough! We reached out at the last minute after another sitter failed to show up on time for our dog’s critical medication schedule. Our dog, Melo, has severe epilepsy, so his medication timing is extremely important. On top of that, I had several delays on my end while trying to finalize everything, and she was incredibly patient, understanding, and kind throughout the entire process. She never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her, which I appreciated more than she probably knows. She arrived earlier than when she said she would, gave Melo his medication on time, and even stayed for slightly over 30 minutes instead of just giving meds and leaving. That extra care and compassion meant so much to us and gave us real peace of mind while we were away. She truly saved us in a stressful situation. If you need someone dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy-especially if your pet has medical needs- I would recommend her without hesitation. We’ll absolutely be booking with her again.

Again Erin made my pup's day by dropping in on them when I had a long day out of the house planned. She allowed me to slide the schedule a little bit which really helped. This made her visit line up with dinner time and I'm sure the girls love it. Thanks again Erin.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter.
