I would NOT recommend this sitter based on two separate poor experiences. During my first booking, communication was nonexistent unless I pressed for it. I received very few updates or photos of my dog and had to repeatedly reach out to get any response from Nadia. Midway through the stay, she told me she would be leaving for hours on one of the days, which had never been discussed beforehand despite the booking (and our discussion before booking) being for continuous care. I had already booked a second stay, but less than 24 hours before the booking, she said her work schedule had changed and that she could no longer provide the care as agreed. She suggested I find another sitter. She didn’t even bother telling me this until very close to the booking and only AFTER I reached out to check with her. She then attempted to have the cancellation reflected as owner-requested instead of sitter-caused and accountability for her own cancellation. When I asked her to correct it, she sent a snarky and rude response. I ultimately had to contact Rover Support to resolve the cancellation correctly. This sitter is rude and has extremely poor communication, reliability, and clearly no accountability. Very disgusting and unprofessional behavior. Based on my experience, I won’t be booking with Nadia again and if I were you I would never trust this person with my pet.

Would have liked more communication during 10 day stay with some pics or videos of my "Babies".

Nadia was communicative, tidy, and very patient with my dogs (one especially who takes awhile to warm up to new visitors). She even did a bit of extra cleaning for me! Highly recommend her services.

Nadia was amazing! She was very professional and trust worthy, I would 100% book with her again!

Nadia was really sweet and good to our pets. There was a bit of an emergency situation, but she stayed communicative with us throughout, did everything she could to keep our pets top of mind, and tried to find solutions to take care of our pets when she unexpectedly couldn't. We're really grateful to have had someone so considerate!

Nadia house sat and watched our high energy pup for over a week while we were out of the country. She was kind, always communicative, and took great care of our home. Our pup loved her too! Highly recommend.
