About: Aside from the 27 years that I've owned my own dogs and raised them from when they were 8 weeks old, I have 2 years of experience as a professional kennel technician at a dog boarding facility and I have been dropping by friends' houses for decades to help take care of their furry loves. I work part-time from home as a writer and editor and create my own schedule. I need something to get me out of the house and into the world. Because I make my own schedule, I can come when you need me. I wlil come to your home and ensure the pets haven't completely destroyed everything, because sometimes they can do that. But I will respect your home and treat it as I would want a stranger in my home. I will also play with your pet in the areas they are most comfortable. I want them to also feel at home when I'm there.

About: I’ve cared for dogs from puppyhood through their senior years and have a special love for working breeds. I have a husky and grew up with border collies, so I understand their need for enrichment and adventure. I enjoy taking dogs on local trails for fresh air, new smells, and a fun, fulfilling walk. I’m currently between roles, so my schedule is very flexible. I’m available throughout the week for walks, drop‑ins, and consistent care whenever your dog needs me. Dogs enjoy a fenced yard, three daily walks, and plenty of enrichment. They can join my husky’s friendly pack or relax safely in a crate if preferred.

About: We are HUGE dog lovers! We have a 7 year old sweet Bernese Mountain Dog that gets along with all pets. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of different breeds and ages through personal pet ownership and helping friends and family. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, administering basic medications, and light grooming. I’ve spent the past year training my own lab puppy through advanced obedience, crate training, puppy biting, etc. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure their breed specific exercise needs are met, they’re comfortable, and they feel loved. I’m currently working a full time, hybrid job at a foster care agency. My job is highly flexible and allows me to determine my own schedule. It is not a typical 9-5. Most of my work is conducted in the evenings, which leaves me ample free time during the day. I pay close attention to pet behavior and safety. I ensure that the environment is clean and will always follow the dog parent’s care instructions closely.

About: Hello! My name is Jade and I would love to meet your furry friends! I started Rover a few years ago but had to stop due to time constraints from my full time job, but now I’m committing all my time to pet care. Currently, I have three cats and two dogs, who are all rescues. I’ve had both of my dogs since they were only a few months old. So I understand the trials and tribulations of puppyhood…puppy training, crate training, obedience training, and leash walking. Hiccup and Paris both love other dogs! They have experience with dogs of all sizes! Hiccup is more of a cuddler and couch potato. Paris is higher energy and loves to play. They would be so excited to have a dog come stay with them. Feel free to set up a meet and greet! I stay at home full time now and my husband also works from home. So your pet will have constant adult supervision during their stay. I have a fenced backyard and a fenced play area in my neighborhood. I also live really close to a large public park with walking trails.

Every animal is different, and I take the time to learn their personality, needs, and routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own home.

Even though we asked a lot for our picky pets she remembered and did it all and even went above and beyond when the cats made a mess. All pets were well fed and played with, with a variety of toys and games. She sent ample photos and updates and just overall presented a soothing demeanor that put me at ease. (I was quite nervous bc it was a long trip for my babies!) Also I could tell my animals were comfortable with her right away when meeting her which they definitely are not always with new people.”

About: I grew up with dogs, and always had a love for dogs. I don’t have dogs currently at home because I believe in helping others with their dogs and I’m trying to figure out what kind of dog I will adopt later on. I currently am self-employed so my schedule is flexible. Usually have errands but it takes less than a few hours. I make sure dogs are first priority though. My house is spacious- no dangerous edges for dogs to run into. I also have a fenced yard where dogs can roam. I also believe in keeping my house clutterfree so dogs cannot get into things. Take them on walks if required as well.
