I’m home throughout the day, so I can easily adjust my routine for walks, playtime, feedings, or check-ins. Whether it’s keeping your pets company or sticking to their normal schedule, I’m able to provide consistent care and attention.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, my goal is to keep their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. I take time to understand each pet’s needs, whether that’s their feeding schedule, favorite walking route, or preferred snuggle spot! I treat every home with respect and every pet as if they were my own giving them plenty of love, attention, and care while ensuring they feel safe and relaxed in their own space.

It’s important for me to know ahead of time if your dog has any behavioral quirks, special routines, or sensitivities. This includes things like leash reactivity, food or toy guarding, separation anxiety, or specific training cues you use. I also like to know about their feeding schedule, favorite activities, and any do’s or don’ts that help them feel safe and comfortable. The more I know, the better I can make sure your pet feels right at home while you’re away!
A typical day
A typical day with a dog includes plenty of playtime, walks, and affection! I love to start with a nice walk to get their energy out, followed by some games or toy time (especially if they love squeakers like my dog, Nova!). Throughout the day, I make sure they get attention, cuddles, and consistency with their feeding or potty schedule. Whether it’s a relaxed day with a senior pup or an active one with a playful dog, I always match their energy and make sure they feel happy and cared for.

Pet care experience
I’ve been around animals my whole life and can’t imagine a home without them. I currently care for my Doberman, Nova, my pit bull–husky mix, Paisley, my cat, Beux, and my senior pup, Schatzie. Each of them has their own personality and needs, which has given me hands-on experience with everything from energetic playtime to senior care and medication management. I also have experience handling pets with behavioral quirks and making sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. Since I work from home, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give plenty of attention and care to every animal I look after.
