About: I’ve had a dog by my side since the day I was born. In fact, the only time in my entire life I haven't had a pup around was a single year during college, and that was one year too many. Dogs are a constant in my life, not just a hobby. I have a strong passion for working with disabled and special needs animals. Whether it's managing mobility issues, administering medication, or providing the extra patience required for physical or behavioral challenges, I’m fully committed to that level of care. I’m also very experienced with resource guarding and high energy breeds. I don’t just watch dogs; I work to understand their specific personality and needs so they feel safe and supported. Working from home gives me the flexibility to be truly present and attentive during the week. I am available Monday through Saturday for drop ins, dog walks, vet visits, conditioning sessions, dog transport, or love bombs. I am generally free to help out starting at 2:00 PM on weekdays and have much more open availability on Saturdays. I do not offer services on Sunday. I focus on high quality mobile care for your pups during the week. My priority is being entirely respectful of both your dog’s comfort and your home environment. I understand that every dog has a specific routine and safe space, and I make it a point to maintain that structure to keep stress levels low. You can count on me to be professional and meticulous with your property. I treat every home with the same level of care and respect I’d want for my own. Whether we are out for a walk or hanging out inside, I focus on clear communication and safety so you have total peace of mind.

“Being a working mom, it is hard trying to do it all. I was in a bind and needed help. My friend recommended to try Josh on Rover. I have never had any experience with Rover before, but I had no choice as I needed the help. I booked with Josh which was super-fast and easy. He approved the walk right away. Well, I would too if you saw a picture of my sweet dog. Josh was punctual and seems like a really nice gentleman. Nala was so happy to go on a walk, she just darted out the door with him. Josh made sure to give nala all the love I would have given her if I had the time to walk her. This experience with Rover and Josh as a walker was wonderful. I would highly recommend using Josh.”

About: I have owned dogs, cats, rabbits and have been a caretaker on another platform for child and pet services. I am also comfortable giving medication to animals. I am attentive to animal needs and communicate with clients quickly. I have two kittens Dexter and Maui and one senior cat,Bob, who has daily medication. I enjoy playing with pets and getting to know their quirky personalities. I always follow client instructions and ask for further clarification if I need more information. I am comfortable with all breeds and multiple animals. I have medical background, but I am currently in school so I am not working in the hospitals. When I had 3 cocker spaniels, I cooked them meat with green beans and rice, so I am capable of preparing meals as well. I can stop by multiple times day or night. Also, available to house sit and will care for multiple pets. Currently not working so I have an open schedule I have two cats in my home, so I cannot board any animals, but I’d be happy to care for your fur baby at your residence

About: I’ve taken care of pets for a few years now, I have done dog walking and over-night care. I have proven to be reliable and have always loved it! I also have experience giving oral medications and injections to dogs and cats. I am an RN and have grown up with special needs animals so I now give care to animals and people! I can give meds to your fur babies no problem! I’m currently working as a nurse so I only work three days a week which gives me plenty of time for walks, trips to the park and lots of playtime! I am very good at following instructions for overnight care. I have made puzzle food bowls and frozen mats for pets along with taking them to the park and of course their usual walks. I do not mind staying with the pets in the same room the entire night and or frequent potty breaks during the night.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life. I not only cared for them but they cared for me just as much. I also worked at a doggy daycare where I learned a lot about all breeds and how to care for them, from training and grooming to simply loving them and all their slobber. I currently work full-time at a gas station, but my schedule fluctuates weekly. I work nights and one weekday, and I always have free time during the day. I miss spending time with my furry friends. Animals aren’t just pets; they’re our family, and I intend to care for them as such. I make sure they’re always hydrated and fed. I also always have their leashes, harnesses, and seat belt clips ready for walks. I check that the clasps work and the buckles are strong.

About: I have had animals since I could remember. Cats, dogs, hamsters, bunnies. I worked as a dog groomer for a year as well and learned a ton! I would love to care for your pets! I have a set schedule at my salon job. So my days off or anytime before or after my normal hours, I would be happy to attend to the care of any animals that need it. I work Wednesday 9-5. Thursday and Friday 1-8, and Saturday 11-6. Off Sunday Monday and Tuesday! I have a screened in porch, and lots of places to take any dogs on walks. I do have an extra bedroom if I needed to keep my two cats in there while boarding another animal for any reason.

I feel I have a calm presence about me and my home reflects that, however, fun is to be had here! Bring toys and treats. We will go on walks, play, and maybe stop at a dog friendly cafe. I especially like trail walking at a park or going to the dog beach. I mostly work from home and I also work a few hours a week for a dog wellness company. I only board dogs from one owner at a time, so all my attention goes to your furbabies. Safety is a big concern. No need to worry about fights with other dogs, transmissable viruses, or having small children around. If your dog can not be around ANY other pets in public, that's ok too. I'm also very attentive when it comes to dispensing daily medication. A little about me: As a small child, I grew up with a German shepherd named Yenta. As a pre teen, after asking many times, we welcomed a mixed shepherd/husky into our family. I mulled over names for such a long time - Bandit because I had a cat named Smokey- somehow we all agreed on the name "Ralphy"...funny! I have not owned a dog, aside from when I lived with my family growing up. I don't feel that I can make that commitment just yet. I believe most dogs should be outdoors often and run off their endless energy. Lap dogs or elder dogs have different priorities, of course. I have a natural affection towards animals. Partnering with Rover allows me to enjoy your dogs but not have the commitment of having one. Big, small, come one, come all! My world does not just revolve around dogs! I also enjoyed having cats around my childhood home. They certainly are uniquely different from dogs. I cared for eight cats for a few months in a big, old home in Philadelphia in 2014. It was interesting to observe them interacting together, as they are not "pack animals." About this sitter: I'm an animal lover and enjoy being out in nature…so that means your dog WILL get walked a lot. I'm a responsible person that has your dog's best interest always in mind. Why I love dog sitting: I enjoy having different breeds of dogs visit me and giving them a home away from home. They very often become my protector within the first day. You the owner may be going on vacation, but they will certainly have one too! They really are like people with their different personalities and habits. About: Hello, I go by Cole. I’ve had dogs and cats in my life for as long as I can remember. I've had three cats: Coco, Halley, and Taz. I've also had five dogs: Blossom, Keesha, Cody, Kyli, and Kronos. I've even had a snake, Slither. Growing up with pets taught me early on how important it is to give them love, structure, and consistent care. I’ve personally trained all of my dogs using positive reinforcement methods and make sure they get daily walks and plenty of exercise to keep them happy and healthy. I live in a safe neighborhood with a fenced backyard. I have many streets I can walk through in my neighborhood. I know how go use all types of collars and harnesses. When I take Kronos out he is always on his collar and leash.
