About: I’ve loved animals since I was a kid. My partner Jacob and I have 3 yorkies, a cat, a mini pig, and hedgehogs. We have experience with reptiles and arachnids as well. We love all critters, no matter the species! Our home is quite large, with space to give shy animals some quiet time if need be, but we also have no qualms with sharing our beds or couches if your pets want to snuggle up. Our yard is fully fenced, and our animals are always monitored when outdoors. Rest assured, we will treat your babies like our own! I work from home, and have the luxury of creating my own schedule on a daily basis. As such, I’m able to spend as much time as I need to with your babies. My large backyard is fully fenced. Outdoor time is always monitored personally, even if it’s raining. We have three yorkies in our home, and a mini pig who stays outside (except during the winter). We allow animals on our furniture, if they want to join us, or they can lounge where they’re comfortable. We have enough space to keep animals separated in different rooms if the client requests it.
“Jorie is amazing with Rocky! We hardly ever leave him with anyone but family, and feel great about leaving him with her! She’s so communicative and does great with him!”

“Lydia, what a blessing you are... Came out in bitter cold to take care of our dog, who loves the cold and wanted to stay outside... Thank you so much for taking such good care of him.”

“We rebooked Allison for a trip we took— We highly recommend her! She’s is prompt every single day and takes the best care of our babies. She puts our minds at ease when we are away as we are very attached to our kitties. Do not hesitate to book her!”

“Jian looked after my cats for two weeks when I was on vacation. She did absolutely amazing job and my cats loved her so much. She communicated very promptly, super gentle to my babies and maintained everything exactly as I expected. She also sent me pictures and videos every visits. Highly recommended.”

About: What sets me apart from others sitters? Well I don’t always sit. I get up and move around making sure your favorite gets the exercise they need and deserve. It’s important to me that I give my clients value. While pet setting I can also help clean and organize for extra compensation. I want you to return to your home and pet satisfied and unburdened. I spend the time to build rapport with your pet so that they are happy and healthy. We can look at each other’s schedules and see if it works. If it does awesome!!! Yay for Us. If not we can figure something out. I even have some friends on this app that I can refer. I can accommodate your pet in just about anyway that you need. You just let me know of specifications and I can assist them. Within means that is.

About: I’ve always been a dog lover, being a dog mom myself! I’ve taken care of dogs for my family, friends, and friends of friends for several years. Tending to every feeding, walk, fetch, cuddles, and dog park run! I work full time as a teacher and am a dog mom myself! I would love to help care for your furry friends on the weekends or in the evenings! I love walking and enjoying time outside with a furry friend to tag along! I have a fenced in backyard for the 3 furry friends in my home as well as a roommate with dog experience! Also experienced in crating if needed!
About: I've always loved dogs! As a dog-owner myself, I know the stress of leaving a pet at home, both during the workday and when on vacation, but also what it's like to have the peace of mind that comes with a trustworthy pet sitter. I love giving pet parents that security of knowing their baby is happy and safe while they're away. I have cared for dogs ranging from the puppy stage to senior years. I have experience providing medical care to dogs ranging from post-surgical care such as monitoring for adverse reactions to anesthesia, to facilitating recovery from ACL repair surgery by providing heat/ice to the affected leg and following surgeon's orders for increasing walk length on a variety of terrains to help the dog regain muscle strength. Most recently, I have cared for a senior dog who was partially deaf and had arthritis. That experience taught me to intentionally stay in his eyesight, and to tailor the pace and length of walks and playtime to meet his gait and energy level. My full-time work allows me to be available on a variety of weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Depending on the day, I am either very flexible and can come whenever your pup needs me, or am more limited with evening-only availability. So just ask! I only walk dogs in an escape-proof device such as a Martindale or chain ("choke") collar. I will not walk a dog in a flat collar or harness, even if the device is advertised as 'escape proof' or the dog does not have a history of escaping. This is for my peace of mind as well as yours, and for the safety of your fur baby. In addition, when I am walking your dogs, they are my first priority. I am not on my phone so I can pay attention to my surroundings and the dogs in order to maximize safety for both of us. Finally, to make my time with your fur baby as positive as possible, I require a meet and greet with you and your pet before coming to care for them by myself.
“This is my 5th or 6th time using Liz. Every time she sends good pictures and her communication is great! Fast responses, clear pictures and happy dogs every time. I don’t recommend giving short notices if you don’t have to but my job is last minute demanding and she’s been the best at responding last minute.”

About: If there is something you need to know about me is that I adore animals! I care more about animals than I do humans, for the most part. That is what makes me different from other sitters. I will give them so much attention that your babies will feel like you are still home. I love teaching them new things. As a Deaf person, I can teach them basic commands in sign language. I would love the opportunity to take care of your pets. I’ve been taking care of pets for a while. My dad would have me babysit his pets when he went out of town, and I’ve been pet-sitting another client’s dog every summer for a couple of years. They referred me to a family member. They always trusted me. I always send pictures of updates! I'm currently flexible, so I can check in daily or stay for as long as you need me! I'm able to stay longer with your fur babies too I always keep an eye out for all your furbabies while they’re not near me, so they can be safe. For example, if you have a fenced-in backyard, I’ll be sure they won’t get hurt by anything back there!! I constantly try to make sure all fur babies are within my line of sight.

About: I’ve taken care of animals for many years, I’ve always grown up around all types of dogs. I’ve pet sat for many friends and family members. I’ve watched puppies and senior dogs, I have also watched animals who need insulin shots!. I’m currently working part time and have plenty of extra time, i love to work with animals and hopefully looking to turn pet sitting into a full time Job. When I care for pets in clients' homes, I focus on maintaining their routines and providing a stress free environment. This includes regular feeding, fresh water, exercise, and plenty of playtime and affection. I also make sure to keep their living areas clean and tidy, and I'm always on the lookout for any changes in behavior or health that might need attention. My goal is to ensure your pets feel safe, loved, and happy while you're away:)
About: What truly sets me apart is my nine years of comprehensive, hands-on experience caring for my family's pets, consistently since 2016. My reliable background is further proven by my time dog sitting and walking for several friends, demonstrating comfort and expertise with pets outside my own home. I'm proficient in managing both large and small breeds, having cared for a Pitbull and a Yorkie, giving me confidence with all energy and handling needs. My experience also extends to cats. I rescued a cat that I found on the street, which highlights my patience and skill in providing gentle care for nervous or shy animals. I am reliable, versatile, and deeply committed to recognizing and meeting the individual needs of both dogs and cats. Pet care fits easily into my current schedule, ensuring your pets receive focused attention without being rushed. I work part-time as a Paraoptometric Technician and dedicate other free time to volunteering, but I intentionally keep large, consistent blocks open for pet care. My reliable availability includes Tuesday afternoons, Thursday mornings and afternoons, and full availability on weekends. This structure guarantees I can provide reliable, high-quality care, whether your pet needs a mid-day walk, or regular drop-in visits. My main goal is to create a stress-free and loving experience for your pet right in their familiar environment. When I care for your dog or cat, I focus entirely on their comfort and routine. I'm meticulous about following your exact instructions for feeding, medication, and walks, making sure their schedule feels perfectly normal. I also know that security is important, so you can trust me to be mindful of your home while I provide care. I'm skilled at providing gentle companionship—like I do for my own rescue cat—which is especially helpful for nervous or shy pets. You can count on me for excellent care, a tidy pet area, and frequent photo updates so you never have to wonder how happy they are!

Oliva is a dog whisper, and a true animal lover. She is gentle and patient with your animal, has alot of knowledge about different dog behaviors and great instincts on modifications if needed. Olivia is very dependable and a great communication. She is to talk to if your schedule changes or your pets needs change. She goes above and beyond and really forms an instant connection withe your dog/ cat. My dogs knew when it was time for her to come take them for there walks, they would be waiting by the front door for her like clock work. My two dogs bonded with her on the first day and it really warmed my heart. Olivia is honest, caring, and a true angel .I will definitely be recommending her to others and be using her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
