About: Owned dogs since I was young and I’ve sat for dogs for the last 8+ years. Experience with many different breeds, ages and temperaments. Just a girl with a soft spot for every dog! During weekends I am available all day, everyday and ensure to get multiple walks, potty breaks and playtime dates into the day. During the week I do work but am home every 4-6 hours to ensure potty breaks and exercise. I live in an apartment complex that offers multiple dog runs/parks. I also walk my own dog 3-5 times per day outside in the neighborhood. I am open to crating or freedom around the apartment based on what the dog needs.

My love for animals has been ignited for longer than i can remember and I never get enough of loving all the uniquely named fur babies. Hope to meet yours soon! About: I am a state certified veterinary technician and also someone who has had a love for all animals since I was a kid. I've been helping all animals personally (and then professionally) for years...actually decades! I treat all fur-babies as I would my own. The unconditional love we receive from our pets is something I treasure and never take for granted. Whether young pups and kittens, or senior dogs and cats, I give them all the attention and love they deserve and crave (especially while their parents/owners are away). My schedule is currently wide open, as I have just moved back to Prospect, KY recently and am looking for the right fit in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital. My schedule is quite flexible, so I can work around yours. With my state certified veterinary technician license I am able to do things that others are not. I can also tell you what may be a start of an ear infection or allergies or nothing at all! I enjoy going to dog parks, taking walks, playing fetch (or keep away haha) but also enjoy the quiet calm time while rubbing bellies and brushing hair. Also dog massages for the senior dogs helps tons with their aches and pains and I more than willing to assist. It actually puts them in a calming trance. Cats and I are a sort of soul mate (maybe it’s the name haha) but I have dealt with watching 5 cats at an owners house and 3 of the 5 had special medical needs that I was more than happy to help! They started booking me a year out ahead of time if they could!

I have owned heelers, hound breeds, and pit bulls, throughout my life which has allowed me to gain valuable experience with high energy breeds. I have a lot of patience with dogs and welcome all, even if you’re still working on potty training, chewing, etc. I’m currently on a break from nursing since my most recent travel contract ended last month, meaning I’m available every day and will be able to give your baby the time and attention they need and you’d want them to have while you’re away. I understand how hard it is to leave the furry member of the family to someone else’s care so I am dedicated to treating them as my own. I am currently a PhD student so I have many flexible hours throughout the day. With access to a car, I can reliably drop in and walk animals several times a day if needed. I can come to the home to care for and walk pets as needed. I know how to walk dogs of many sizes safely and have even leash trained my cat. I have a large 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of space and beds for playing, sleeping, and zoomies!
