About: I grew up near a state park and lived alongside the wildlife it had to offer (gators, deer, black bears, reptiles, even a FL panther...). My pet experience began with my sweet puppy of 17 years. I was so excited to adopt my own dog, and my parents helped me prepare by giving me books and films on dog training. Trip is a large dog, and Flynn a small/medium sized, so I am comfortable with your pup however big or small! I got my first dog at 12, and trained him on my own. About: I am a doctoral candidate in Biology at UofL, so you know I'm good at organization and scheduling! I think my time as a graduate student has sharpened my reasoning and communication skills as well. It's also increased my animal handling experience (mice)! I've had pets my whole life, mostly cats and dogs. My most recent pet is an elderly shi tzu with a surprising amount of energy! Apollo is a very skiddish cat, but we've definitely earned each others' trust. I can drop by to check on your pet, take them out for a walk (if weekday, must be before 10am or after 5pm, can be flexible), check on them periodically to feed them, or house sit (weekends only). I am a grad student, so I'm usually busy during weekdays 10am-5pm. Most of my work now is away from the bench, so I can be a little flexible about those hours Weekends are generally open! I love in an apartment that doesn't allow animals so I can't keep any here. I can however watch your furry friend at your house or take them on walks around the neighborhood!

About: I used to have two large dogs on my own, and I grew up with a Chihuahua, so I love dogs of all shapes and sizes!! I can do long term and short term stays! I work a relatively flexible 9-5. My schedule is different every day of the week. There are some days that I can come home and have a midday potty break, but there’s also certain days that I am unavailable to do that.
