About: I adopted a rambunctious shelter cat 5 years ago. She’s a wild child with a big personality! And I took in a stray cat about 2 years ago, who needed lots of care, including surgeries, food insecurity behaviors, etc. I’ve cared for cats my entire life, but these 2 girls have taught me how to handle the extremes. I am very knowledgeable about cats and their needs, and I can promise you, your baby will be taken care of as if they were my own (aka like perfect princess angels that I’d go to war for) I work from home, so I can immediately take care of any and all needs. I frequently check on my 2 cats, and have no issue stepping away from my desk if needed. In my home: My 2 cats have their own bedroom, catered to their playtime and nap time. They have free rein of the house, and are very welcoming to other cats. They are up to date on vaccinations and vet care, and they do not go outside for their safety. In your home: I will treat your pet(s) as if they were my own, with kindness and patience. I will follow your routine. I will be sure to change my clothes and take off my shoes to avoid any anxiety from smells of my own pets.
About: We had a dog for 17 years that passed away earlier this year at the age of 19 (able to care for a senior dog). He was adopted from Southern Indiana Animal Rescue. My son was in 3rd grade when we adopted him so we taught him how to take care of a pet. *Large fenced in backyard *Someone is always home *Dog walking included *One or more dogs from same family only at one time *Your pet(s) is priority Available weekdays and weekends. There is always someone at home that can let the dogs out. Walks after I get home from work in neighborhood or park. No other pets in the house currently. About: My passion for caring for animals started at a young age. I spent many hours volunteering at my local animal shelter as well as having the privilege of caring for my own pets at home. Growing up, I raised reptiles, fish, dogs, cats and hamsters….to name a few! About: I’ve watched over pets for family and friends for years. My spouse grew up with multiple animals in the home. Our children have such a love for animals that we want to offer them the opportunity to get to know, love and care for pets in our community. About: What started off as a favor for a friend turned into a genuine love for all pets.
