She created a safe and comfortable environment for him and kept me updated with helpful feedback on how he was doing. Communication with her has been easy and consistent. Alexandra and her family took great care of my dog, Hiccup, while we were across the country. Very communicative, and flexible, including with a last minute flight delay that caused a late night pick up. They sent photos and videos and made sure to ask tons of clarification questions!
