About: I have had much experience around animals. From the time I was little, our family has taken care of 3 dog and 5 cats. As I grew up, I have had my own cat that lived with me for 18 years, name was Virginia. She was half siamese. I am currently working partime, so I will have plenty of time working with your pups and cats! I am also available on the weekend for boarding! She was so patient with Cassidy, she was going through a big adjustment with the loss of my mom. Barbara truly spent a lot of time establishing a bond with her and slowly they have developed a nice routine of playing in the backyard. They relax in the sun, play ball and with all her toys. I am very thankful to Barbara for the dependability, her caring nature and the smile on my dog each day I come home let’s me know I chose the right service and the perfect person to care after my dog. About: Dogs have always been a part of my life, and my love for them runs deep. I have two of my own who mean the world to me- I care for them just like I would any other member of my family, because to me, they are family. I work a full‑time job Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but I do stop home during my hour‑long lunch break for a potty break and some playtime. Once I’m off at 5 p.m., it’s playtime again. I’m also off on weekends. While my yard isn’t fenced at the moment, your pup will enjoy daily walks alongside my two playful dogs who love having extra company. I kindly ask that a crate be provided for times when I need to step out, as I prefer not to leave pets unattended in the home. My own dogs are also crated whenever I’m away.
“David was everything we could ask for in a sitter, from initial contact all the way through to pick-up. We especially appreciate how communicative he was, quickly responding to our initial request, arranging a meet-and-greet, and then providing steady updates throughout Teddy's (9yo Pomeranian) stay. Upon meeting, David gave us the confidence that our small dog's safety and comfort was a priority, patiently listening to our lengthy and exhaustive introduction while Teddy made himself right at home. When we returned, Teddy settled right in and all of the pictures and videos during his stay were of a happy, contented creature in excellent hands. We look forward to future visits, and think Teddy will be just as glad to return!”
