Love the Little Dogs 🐕
I have always been a huge dog lover since childhood. For 16 years I loved and cared for my Bichon Frise who passed away Feb 2024. Throughout his senior life my daughter who lived with me boarded dogs through Rover and my Bichon always loved the company. Now that he is gone and my daughter has her own home, I decided to start boarding dogs on my own. I would love to establish a relationship with some dogs and their families that would allow me to watch and care for them when needed.

Lesley was absolutely wonderful with our two dogs while we were away for 8 days. She kept us updated throughout our trip with photos, videos, and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were happy and being well cared for. She was very responsive anytime we reached out, and we loved that the dogs had a yard where they could run around, play, and enjoy themselves. It was clear they were comfortable and well taken care of while we were gone. We are so grateful to Lesley for taking such great care of our pups and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, caring, and attentive to watch their pets. We would absolutely use her again!

Leslie was outstanding. She took great care of my Duncan. Pictures, videos and updates were sent daily. Leslie was extremely responsive and caring. She took Duncan out on regular walks which he loved. I would highly highly recommend.
Lesley did a great job caring for Leia over a long weekend! She really cares about the dogs in her care and did an amazing job helping Leia socialize with other small dogs.

Schedule
I am currently a school teacher and have school hours M-F. I am free most weekends. If your dog is used to being home alone while you are at work then my home would be a good fit. I have a large fenced yard in which I can either put them out or walk them in the mornings. I will always get right home after work to walk or let them out. During the summer months when school is out I am home much more.

I have a fully fenced yard that is very dog friendly as I have helped care for many dogs. The dogs have full reign to run and play until their hearts are content. In my home the dogs are welcome to make themselves at home and lay on the couch with me or on a dog bed of which I have many or on their own that you bring. The dogs food and water are kept on the floor in the kitchen. Dogs are not allowed in my bed but can sleep in their beds anywhere they are comfortable which includes the floor in my room.
A typical day
I enjoy taking dogs for long walks in my neighborhood and in surrounding parks. My favorites are Webster park and Ellison park. I have a nice yard where dogs can run and play also. I like sitting in my yard throwing balls with the hopes they bring them back to me. Lol!

- If you have a senior dog please provide their vet information and payment info for emergencies. I once had to bring a senior client to emergency. Thankfully I noticed something was not right and the vet was able to help him. I stayed in touch with his parents and they did not have to return from their vacation.
